    Easy to overtrain on Tren?

I just finished my fifth week of Tren . Everything is great so far. I am up by 20 lbs. My strength has been going through the roof.

The problem is: Is tren making me too strong for my own good?

Anybody been injured due to lifting TOO heavy on a tren cycle?

My body also feels so worn out right now...I pretty much set PRs in a 2 or more lifts every single time I step foot in my gym (3 times a week).

I am thinking of deloading for a week or even skipping a workout just to recover. But would that be a waste of "time on"?

This has nothing to do with a specific AAS. You most certainly can injure yourself, however. Tren will make you feel worn out. But if you're sore all the time, you may be over training.

What ester and how much are you injecting to gain 20lbs in 5 weeks?? I would not skip a week on cycle.

Not Tren specific but AAS specific, yes. Go do some reading in the Injury and Rehab section. I just had rotator cuff surgery and I'm sure it's probably due to lifting to much to quickly because I felt I could at some point. It takes longer for the tendons to be ready than the muscles and if your form is not perfect you will pay the price.

I have since decided (I knew better before) that more focus on SLOW reps with perfect form is the way to go and not heavy. I cant lift heavy even if I wanted to right now.

Yes, it is easy to over-train on Tren , plain and simple.

This is also another reason why we don't advice newbies to experiment with Tren on this board (I am not suggesting that you are one), because their history of training is limited and they would be much more inclined to injuries while on Tren.

I think that it's imperative that you have a trusted training partner which on AAS, esp Tren ! Injuries occur when your strength is increased and you combine poor form when lifting. The only 2 times I've ever sustained an injury was when I was on gear and wasn't with my training partner.

I definitely feel a worn out feeling that I never used to get on Test E. I am using 300mg/wk of Tren E and 150mg/wk of Test E.

To all the questions about my weight gain: I did a DNP prime right before I started my cycle. I was just in a super anabolic state. And moreover, I only do 1 cycle per year, and hence, I still make huge virgin gains. I would put my true LBM gains at around 10lbs so far.

My diet is crazy. Let's just say I am a huge believer in GOMAD and ADEAD (A dozen eggs a day - Mark's Daily Apple). I lose fat very easily and hence, I have no problems with adding some fat to maximize my muscle gains.

Gotta write a thank you letter to my parents for them genes.

You must be doing some kind of a split then, because I can barely stand 3 days a week. I do squats every single workout, along with some kind of barbell press (bench or overhead). I alternate between deadlifts and power cleans.

I feel that on Tren , my body is able to handle anything, but it's my mind that gives up well beforehand. I gotta keep on telling myself "That is not a heavy weight...you got this...it easy...don't worry".

I have never heard this before but it makes perfect sense. A lot of newbies might not even get the sides but if they haven't perfected their form through years of practice, I can see how Tren can lead to major injuries.

I've had been injuried by over training on tren , I got a shoulder problem, because I was working out 2 times a week every muscle part, but I didn't really realize that doing chest workouts and bicep workouts puts alot of stress on your shoulders also ect..
