    T3 vs T4 and Clen vs Albuterol

    Opinions on both especially if you have used both!

    T4 is about 1/5th weaker, and actually converts into T3. Clen and Albut are essentially the same, and though the former is more popular, the latter is slightly faster acting.

    Great question Lunk!

    Although, i already knew that T4 converts into T3 and that Clen is a bit stronger than Albuterol. But I don't have a grasp on the T4 and T3, or the why and when's of each thermogenic.

    Also T4 does not convert to T3 at a fixed rate, it's converted AS NEEDED, which is usually 20% - 25%. So if the goal is to raise T3 (the active thyroid hormone) to supraphysiological levels then T4 probably isn't the best way to do it.

    T3 melts muscle in high doses
    Clen - I personally cannot handle sleep depravity - it turns me into a real A-hole
    T4 using it now 50mg ED along with others as a catalyst, half life of 6-7 days so it has not peaked yet
    Alb - prob try that next

    clenbuterol is great if you can handle the side. If not albuterol is weaker and must be taken about the same frequency than ECA. The side are normally easier to handle.

    As far As I know T3-T4 do exactly the same thing, the only thing is more T4 must be taken to equal T3.

    100mcg T4 = 20-25 mcg T3

    Clen /albut will protect your muscle mass but do not do miracle... you cant stacking it with t3 and hoping to keep your muscle.
    T3-t4 will burn your muscle if taken off cycle.

    I think no one here will advice running it(at supraphysiological doses) off cycle.

    I have the worst side effects of any drug I have ever taken from Clen even at low doses yet I can tolerate decent doses of albuterol and feel great while on it. So my preference is albuterol every time. I haven`t tried T4 only T3 so I cant compare the 2.

    Honestly I don't get sides from clen until over 160mcg and there's really no need to go that high or higher anyway. Especially when paired with keto.
    Ill be trying T3 with my next cycle and ill see what I like better and go from there

    Its not EXACTLY the same, there are some extra enzymes produced when the conversion takes place, which are beneficial when on GH

    Ive ran clen at 120mcgs for 8wks straight. Does it work, yeah. Is it worth it, honestly not really. I feel there is much better stims to use. My next cycle will also have T3 in it. From everything I know its better then T4.

    t2/t3/t4 are all thyroid hormones. That being said t3 is responsible for 80% of thyroid activity. T4 converts to t3 at around 25% conversion - however it is a limited conversion as Sgt Hartman pointed out. For fat loss t3 imo is the only practical way to go when it comes to thyroid hormones. T3 is catabolic - it depletes atp stores so rapidly that the body resorts to not only fat for fuel and to try to replenish atp stores but muscle as well (credit to Nandi for this tidbit). The effect is dose dependent so at 50mcg it is much less noticeable than at say 100mcg.

    Clen and albut both do the same thing. They are b2 agonists. that beng said clen is a long acting b2 agonist with around 36 hr life. Albuterol is a short acting b2 agonist with around a 4 hr life. Clen will result in more fatloss with more sides simply because it reamins active for so long(ie even whe sleeping). Albuterol is more manageable in my opinion due to the shorter active life. Its a trade off and you need to decide for yourself which of the 2 suits you. I have used both and prob will stick with albuterol from here on out. Once you see these compounds for what they are - which is an assist to fat loss not a miracle drug - albuterol becomes a better option for me personally. Plus albuterol makes a nice pre workout as well.
