Liquid Clen
I tried doing some searches but they are all from 2002-2007! A few nice threads but nothing directly answering my question. I have read that some people suggest some sort of PCT after Liquid Clen (ar-r )? Is that true?
I also see people doing 7 days on, 7 days off... as well as 14 days on, 7 days off. Just looking for some feedback on what people are liking more.
And is the taruine necessary? Do you really feel that stiff/cramped up after workouts that the Taurine is needed to help relax your muscles?

So it seems that T3 makes you lose faster but at the cost of being catabolic and losing muscle...? Clen seems much more subtle but less effective in overall weight loss. I imagine some muscle is lost in the process of using Clen but less extreme. I have read some threads where people said they gained muscle hardness and even put on some LBM!

And what about adding Taurine and Clen to a Ralox cycle?

Anyone interested in sharing results? Looking to run 3 2 week cycles (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off 3 times).
