    Injection advice

Can I alternate quads every week? I've been doing right Friday left Monday & repeat. Should I pick a new spot or am I cool?

I'm terrified of biceps.. Heard a lot of people not being able to move their arms
Glutes are hard to reach and shoulders / traps are aswell...

You don't have to pin your glute all the way behind you I pin the furthest I can reach no pain at all, delt I get a little pain, bicep I get a little and lots of veins in biceps IMO but I hate quads they hurt like a b1tch.

Stick to glutes, quads and delts. That gives you plenty to rotate

    My personal preferences:

    - quads
    - delts
    - glutes
    - pecs
    - triceps

I'm on a test e cycle so pinning 2x a week should be cool with only quads I assume
