WOW!! Yet another thread ruined by the idiot. This is how my progression has been going when reading threads with SBJ posts...
Moronic, inflammatory post one...
In another thread he said he didn't know what Marcus was talikg about when he used the phrase "Muscle tissue growth." I guess he thought it referred to boxes of Kleenex getting bigger...
Thread takes a right hand turn. Still watching for the same reason you can't take your eyes off a one handed blind man as he stumbles drunkenly into the ring for round one....
This is him staggering to his feet after the first 2 seconds of verbal combat. From now on it's just embarrassing...
YAWN!!!!
The fvcking thread is gone and it's never coming back on topic. Game, set, match. If fvcking up a guy's perfectly good thread is the object of the game, mark up another victory for Joe.

If used properly... it is.
Ahem. No recreational drug talk.
Ignorant much?
Some people find it medically necessary to be on TRT. Even before ever lifting a weight.
Some people choose to be on TRT due to their fitness goals.
Some people dont get the right guidance while young and experimenting with AAS, which results in need for TRT.
Has nothing to do with the amount of knowledge one has.

You need to step back and look at that statement from an outside perspective

When people get into a fight with staff, there can only be one outcome. Suspension or ban. Obviously the staff is the one staying.

a treadmill can only get u so far because when u get off it, regardless of how far u have been ur still in the same place!!
these bold statements are totally incorrect. exactly how far can a treadmill get u joe? 12% body fat and then what i have to start using an exercise bike down to what? 10% body fat??
then what do i have to do start using the elliptical? how far will it get me? 7.65%?? this must be when i have to incorporate the HIIT and just pray that it gets me to 4%body fat because if i stall out doing HIIT then theres no other cardio i can use right?
u have no idea what ur talking about dude.. i havent followed u a whole lot, but it seems smart ass comments go with the territory around you as well as incorrect, ignorant statements like the ones i highlighted above. i would surely hate to have to rely on ur expertise to get lean..
and to answer ur question i know a guy that gets to 4% body fat and the only kind of cardio he does is walk on a treadmill at an incline.. he is an amateur competitive bodybuilder and has done very well. he also works where i work.

You guys are worse than talking to a brick wall. It's kinda cute how you all stick up for him tho like you guys are his butler or something. Get over it

You must be new to bodybuilding. You'll never see a bodybuilder running or doing marathons. Its just walking on treadmill and stairmaster. And they cut to oh about 4%.
Quit trying to spin this your way. We all have said dumb things. Difference is whether u can be a man and accept that and move on. Or constantly try to defend a dumb comment because of pride. You came to this board knowing very very little. Ask basic questions and even got mouthy with me in the first interaction I had with you. Then after a month or two you think u know it all and try to talk down to other new guys like you've been around the block and know your s***. We'll you're still the ignorant, low knowledge guy. Its just now everyone doesn't like you because of how you interact with peers. If we had a social interaction forum id link u to itLast edited by OnTheSauce; 06-06-2013 at 01:59 PM.

Cattle farmers feed their cattle a huge amount of calories when they use tren ace. Of course you're going to gain fat if you eat way above maintenance, whether you're human or a cow. Although your idea is part of the solution, I have no doubt in my mind that when eating at maintenance or even a bit above maintenance, tren will shed a few lbs of fat off of you. Tren is one of the only steroids that I can think of that has a thermogenic property, which we can associate to extra calories being burnt off and then if we combine that with the nutrition partitioning, we can conclude that fat is indeed burned off as energy/heat while protein is used as muscle mass. That sentence is a bit confusing but basically what I am trying to say is that your normal maintenance calories that you eat when you're off of tren, becomes your cutting calories when you're on it.

Ya dnp is crazy no experience with it myself. Sounds riskier than epo and Insulin . But what is dnp technically? I know it's not an anabolic but what is it. I would never touch the stuff and would never let someone I cared about touch it either . What's the point of losing weight if you die in the process

I find it funny that when people come on for help on A FORUM...that people automatically assume they are lazy and want to take a pill to lose weight offering nothing in the way of physical exercise. THe OP never once said he was gonna lay on the couch eating chips all day popping pills to lose weight. For those who automatically conclude this is what he'll do than get a life. Leave your negativity at home. Really a frustrating thing to read from some people. Help or ignore the thread...pretty simple.
Thats my feeling on it anyhow, dont care if you dont like it

120 seconds of research will tell you that Steroids do not burn fat. So instead of insulting our intelligence, maybe OP should have done a little bit of research instead of asking a silly question. So yes, if you're too lazy to read a couple of paragraphs, you're most likely too lazy to get off the couch.
Either way, it was answered. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

austinite, I clearly remember doing my "120 seconds of research" before my calorie post on the nutrition section. You actually mocked me saying its impossible to burn 2500 calories a day by being idle when clearly the consensus of the thread says that you can by metabolism and daily activities...
So although you think you have all the answers, you could do some "research" too. Because my very basic noob post was not answered by you. You were flat out wrong and resorted to mockery to a forum noob... If you didnt know by now, forums are a research tool. Not a chat room in which people are trolling to mock others.
Please dont confuse the longevity of your forum membership with how knowledgable you are. Im positive you know 1 million times more than myself about supplements and steroids etc. But if everyone knew as much as you, forums wouldnt exist. Please allow us poor, pathetic, unknowlageable people whom are below you on the forum hierarchy, to learn a little, rather than using the boards to argue...
net argument is uber cool

No. You mentioned sitting around doing nothing. That is not the consensus. Go read the thread again. This isn't a voice forum, it's text. So take the time to word things properly if you don't want to sound like a fool. 99% of the time it's not about knowledge, it's about common sense. Very very easy to obtain common sense, you just have to go for it
Besides, my comments in the other thread were very light-hearted. You just need to look into thick skin.Last edited by austinite; 06-07-2013 at 05:37 PM.

sitting around doing nothing...like 90% of the world and what they do at work...yes. Idle. Unless you are a landscaper, garbage man or some other employment where you are doing labour on a daily bases then That thread makes a lot of sense.
If all these different web sites explaining BMR is untrue, then by all means set it straight for me. You'll crucify a guy doing research and a guy who doesnt. Cant really win with you..and looking at your name spammed across the forum with the negative replies..its safe to say that I'll never win.
With regards to the common sense thing.. Maybe its common sense for someone that lives in the gym, but for those who have families, jobs, lives...etc it takes some learning. If I spent as much time on this forum as you I'd be a wealth of knowledge and opinions too. I've read a lot of very informative stuff on here. All im saying is we dont need to clog up the threads with mockery to new members. I wont apologize for my lack of knowledge or using a forum for what its purpose is.
After a few months of being here, I think i'll jump on someone post saying, "you gotta put in the effort, there is no miracle drug, dont be lazy, some people are so dumb.."
I'll feel like a real man when that day comes.
Does that sound familiar?

Wow bro. You really need to relax. Very high strung. No one is asking you to apologize. If you were offended by my comment that was light hearted (And I even told you what you needed to do), then you'll never get anywhere. Do you often say "I'm taking my ball and leaving" in real life events? Way too sensitive bro. No one knows anyone here, don't take everything so personally. Get some thick skin and move on... All newbies complain about post count, well stick around and you'll have post count too. Post count is not relevant but if it means so much to you that you have to bring it up, stick around and get some.
90% of the people in your world maybe. You make it sound like people with families are inactive. lol. there is another world outside of your household, brent. I know it's not what you want to hear but in my world that's just lazy. Easy to blame our surroundings. You're 31, not 91. Please take some time and find a post where I said the word "dumb" towards someone.
For what it's worth, I'm sorry that I hurt your feelings.Last edited by austinite; 06-07-2013 at 06:03 PM.
