What other supplemenths on PCT ?

what other supps do you take during PCT to hasten recovery ?

i have heard Vitamin E at 500iu to 1000 iu helps
and also DAA d aspartic acid 2-4g


and any tips on removing stretch marks ?

i started taking vitamin e at 400mg x2 am pm in addition to nolva..

1)overkill ?

2)should i run my remaining adex with my pct at a slightly higher dosage coz nolva reduces blood conc of adex? coz i hear a lot from both sides.. one sayin e2 is high during pct, other side sayin no test no estrogen..

3)and since catabolism is high during this pct time what kinda workouts should i be looking at.. low volume low reps strength training to best keep the gains ?

ya first week into PCT used HCG 500iux2 last few weeks of cycle.. balls and semen volume back to normal.. 40/40/20/20/10 nolva only..

i was wondering if i should just make it 20/40/40/20/10 cause according to the pct calculator online test e clears in 3 weeks.. or just go with 20/20/20/20/10 again a study saying 20mg was more than enough to bring t levels above baseline levels in hypogonadal men..

it is because of the stikcy i added vit e and stuk with nolva alone.. teh sticky that says pct by steroid .com

Hcg should be run during your cycle right up to pct to maintain testicular function. Pct I recommend running both Clomid and nolvadex . If you don't like Clomid then torem and nolvadex. The hcg during your cycle will make a much smoother recover IMO

Clomid & Tamoxifen is a must IMO


You can add a bit of Vitamin C. I also added a grip of Trib. But, I can't say it does much.
