Hello,

I am looking for something to help me shred some fat - I'm not asking for much. I train twice a day (cardio/swim plus weights) 5 days a week and on the weekends, I'll do some cardio. My diet is pretty good - 5 to 6 meals a day which consist of lots of green vegetables and a serve of chicken or a protein shake. I've tried Oxavar for 3 weeks now, and so far, I haven't seen any changes. Can anyone recommend something to shred some fat?
