Question Intermittent Fasting While on a Cycle - Am I Insane?

Of course I ask this question on Canadian Thanksgiving-- food is everywhere.

I'll cut to the chase. What are your thoughts on:

    1. Eating only one meal (dinner) on non-training days (which for me amounts to 1 day per week).

    2. Eating only between 10am-6pm everyday-- still getting your 3000 calories, but restricting it between these times.

Personally my goal is to gain muscle, but obviously I hate fat-- don't we all?

You wont gain muscle if you dont eat!
Steroids can work like magic, but you need to eat right and hit the gym before the magic happens.

Yeah. His one meal would be ~3000 calories, versus 3000 calories split up between various meals between 10-6.

OP, I would choose option 2. For me, I would be a lot more consistent that way.
