Anybody ever been caught with steroids first offense. they drew blood but we're more worried if she was on narcotics. Dunno if I'm more upset about the brand new bottle being confiscated or her getting her car impounded. Well they even care about the Roids or is it more about DUO stuff.

Was she charged with it? Since they drew blood was she charged with DUI/OWI? Is she still in jail? Was the bottle labeled with the contents?

This is very true. Most states will state "any substance or (simulated substance)". You could have shampoo in a vial labeled testosterone and be screwed!

The first thing she needs to do is get an attorney. There's a chance that nothing will come about from it but she's going to be in a much better place if she talks to an attorney. If they want to make an issue out of that bottle they can make an enormous issue out of it.

If they suspect it to be illegal they would like seize and test. If it wasn't directly recognizable as an illegal drug then they most likely would wait for results from the test before filing charges.

You'd be surprised what could happen with that if she answered the questions right... If it was in the vehicle and not on her person and she isn't the primary driver of the vehicle depending on the courts a lot of them would probably throw it out or at least plead it to basically nothing(if she didn't admit it was hers)... Especially something like this that is usually used by men...

Also make sure she say NOTHING to the cops without talking to the attorney first and present. She needs to say it's just some diet stuff she bought online.

My question is how did they find it? why did they search her car? did she give them permission? I'm sure the attorney can come up with some reason for it to be throw out.

Well if she was arrested; legally she can be searched and if they are towing the vehicle they can search the vehicle per the inventory exception... I won't say what I do but lets say I have a very good knowledge when it comes to these things

well you just wasted your time then because it happens all the time in the usa and is treated as such weather it is an illegal substance or not...keeping gear in a car is the most retarded thing a person can do...a cop can make up any reason to pull you over and after that he can come up with probable cause to search the vehicle...
