    2100mg Test Cyp/Prop + 600mg EQ + GHRP-6 + IGF1-LR3 + Slin log

    Its been awhile since I have posted on here but here is where I learned alot years ago.
    Since then I have competed in many bodybuilding shows, used gurus, coaches etc, some big names.
    I am looking to finally take a solid year off and focus on size for NPC nationals 2015 and wanted to share my cycle.

    Current Stats 5'7 200lbs 10%bf

    Cycle has started and is outlined below, not a fan of deca , npp or Tren E aka asshole mode
    Keep in mind I have done over 10+ cycles and lots of compounds.
    This Cycle i preferred to keep simple and not have alot of compounds


    NOTE: My gear is not made with a shitload of BA and is smooth which is why I stuck with my source unlike other sources who use more than the standard 2%. All My gear is warmed in the vials before shot via hot water. This allows me to shoot smoothly and my gear doesnt lump up or burn because my gear has no BA.

    Cycle Overview Weekly for 16 - 20 weeks x 2 this year

    Test Cyp 6ml per wk 1500mg x 20wks = 30000mg = (2500mg a vial) = 12 vials
    Test Prop 6ml per wk 600mg x 20wks = 12000mg = (1000mg a vial) = 12 vials
    EQ 3ml per wk 600mg x 20wks = 12000mg = (2000mg a vial) = 6 vials
    HGH on hand, for now letting IGF1-LR3 work it. HGH will be 6iu PostWO if so



    5ml per shot -
    Mon- Left Glute 5ml ( 2ml Test Cyp, 2ml Test Prop, 1ml EQ)
    Wen - Left Delt 2.5ml then right delt 2.5ml ( 2ml Test Cyp, 2ml Test Prop, 1ml EQ)
    Fri- Right Glute 5ml ( 2ml Test Cyp, 2ml Test Prop, 1ml EQ)

    Glutes 23g 1 1/2" needle
    Delts 25g 1" needle
    Terumo Luer lock 5ml syringe



    1. 15iu slin (Apidra Fast acting) - 5iu wake, 5iu pre, 5iu post ( I keep a BG kit on me and honey on hand just incase), Keeping fats away from slin injection times. Keeping slin at 5iu for now and will up as needed.
    2. IGF-LR3 - 40mcg PostWO
    3. GHRP-6 - 250mcg x 2 ED 30 mins before meals
    4. Adex 1mg - Mon, Wen, Fri - trying to keep it at a min even with 2g of test
    5. Baby Aspirin 81mg ED to assist with increased RBC and will also be donating a pint of blood per month if needed if RBC rises to much via signs of issues
    6. Vitamin C 1000mg - ED at wakeup and PostWO
    7. Accutane 30mg - On hand as needed
    8. Finasteride 1mg EOD - 0.5mg in am, 0.5mg in pm
    9. Xanax 0.5mg - Everynight for deep rem sleep only



    Also doing cardio ED for 20 minutes to rev metabolism up, keep it lean not a sloppy bulk, and to also provide oxygen to my cells with the RBC increased count.
    Diet is below, Trying to keep whole foods as much as possible but with the slin I need fast protein and carbs to be shuttled and feed the muscles
    Training day

    6:30am - Pre-cardio Meal 1
    Shake 1 serving ISO-100 25g pro
    (5g Bcaa, 5g Glutamine, 5g L-Arginine)

    Cardio 20 mins 65% HR on treadmill on incline

    7:10am- Post cardio Meal 1
    5iu slin
    Shake 1 serving ISO-100 25g pro (5g Bcaa, 5g Glutamine, 5g L-Arginine)
    3oz cream of wheat (dry weight not cooked)

    8:00am Meal 2
    16oz egg whites with spinach
    1/2 cup steel cut oats ( measured dry, 1 serving of steel cut is 27g carbs) 54g carbs
    10g Whole Psyllium husk
    1 serving Anavite
    1 serving Liv52

    11am 250mcg GHRP-6
    11:30am Meal 3

    5oz Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup Fiber one
    1oz almonds

    3:00pm Meal 4
    5oz Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup Fiber one

    5:00pm - Pre-Workout meal 5
    5iu slin
    Shake 1 serving ISO-100 25g pro

    1 serving Karbolyn 50g carb or
    3oz cream of wheat (dry weight not cooked)

    5:30 Train

    5:45pm - Intra workout Meal 6

    1 serving Karbolyn 50g carb

    6:30pm - Post-Workout Meal 7
    5iu slin
    40mcg IGF1-LR3
    Shake 2 serving ISO-100 50g pro
    (5g Bcaa, 5g Glutamine, 5g L-Arginine)
    1 serving Karbolyn 50g carb

    8pm
    250mcg GHRP-6
    8:30pm - Last meal before bed Meal 8
    10g Whole Psyllium husk
    7oz Chicken Breast
    11oz red potato
    2oz almonds
    1 serving Liv52

    3100 Calories
    343g protein (40%)
    320g carbs (40%)
    80g fat (20%)

    Rest is the same +1 chicken meal but half the carbs and less shakes and 5iu slin on wakeup only

    Short of adding a shake in middle of night when i wake up and piss, I will adjust diet as metabolism increases vs just throwing 400g carb 400g pro and like 130g fat.

    Trying to keep this clean and so far its been a week and im leaner already.

    Why are you holding off on the HGH now, what's the reasoning? And why 6iu, is that a standard amount for you? I ask because I could never really tell much of a difference between say 4-6iu so I would either stick with 4 to help save money or just run 5 out of convenience. Anyway, just curious.

    Thanks all. This is where it all started for me with the vets helping me out and reading and constantly learning.

    I will update daily or EOD.

    So far its been a week plus and haven't noticed much but I will give the prop till week 2 and test Cyp/EQ till week 6.
    Im fairly vascular even in the offseason, so one thing i look for is my vains to be bigger due to the RBC count increase.

    The HGH im waiting for honestly is because I need about 5-6 kits, not cheap as you know.
    I have 1 but prefer to have it all, the amount is simply because "want to grow and give my body as much as it needs"
    I am open to ideas here not closed minded, I could run 4iu.
    I am trying to also not run HGH or IGF not near my slin times as it will not be as strong, kinda hard with slin 3 times a day and peptides that mimic HGH naturally and then synthetic, but I would still love to saturate my cells with slin and nutrients rather than just raise hgh.
    Would also prefer not to HGH at night due to bodys natural response.

    Using "Now Whole Psyllium husks" not just Psyllium husk but "Whole" 2 servings (10g) 1 in am with meal 2 and 2 servings (10g) before bed.
    Makes a huge difference when it comes times to push it out also enhances nutrient absorption also feels nice to not walk around feeling bloated

    Let me start by listing my compound experience, I am NOT a fan of orals.
    Only ran orals as per my show prep coaches, but never will I run them again as of 2014

    Test P
    Tren A - Great for precontest turns you into a raging androgen bomb from exp
    Tren E - turns you into a raging androgen bomb from exp
    Deca - Don't like all that bloat and side effects even when test is double the base deca dose, works well for joints
    NPP - Same as deca just quicker
    EQ - Smooth and no sides really besides RBC raising
    Primo - Great for precontest, Thick as **** when shooting and expensive and hard to find legit sources
    Masteron - Great for pre contest and giving that grainy look
    Proviron - Great for precontest
    Winny - Precontest but gave some of my joints issues
    Halo - Harsh on live and turns you into an asshole
    Anadrol -
    Anavar - very mild and minimal sides
    Clen - works well in 20-40mcg doses, not 100mcg+ doses at once unless you like jitters
    T3 - Great but need to watch doses
    T4 -
    Insulin Humulin R (long Acting) and Apridra (fast acting)
    IGF1-LR3
    GHRP-6
    HGH -
    Lasix - worst ever, never run no way to fill out muscles 24-48 hrs before a show, leaves muscles flat pulls to much
    Dyazide - works great potassium sparing
    Potassium loading - Works well but is alot of work every hour with water and doses
    Adex -
    NOlva -
    Clomid -
    Exemestane -
    HCG -


    All that being said I know what works well for me and also would like a comfy/Quality of life offseason and not have issues with deca or being on edge 24/7 and snapping at people.

    So you haven't tried Dbol or Drol?
    I've never tried Drol (too many common sides), but injectable Dbol is amazing for bulking.
    Hell, even Var contributes more than EQ, IMO.

    1-14-2014 -Today

    1-2-2014 Cycle started

    Weight is up this morn by about 3-4 pounds
    When cycle started was 200 and leaned out to around 195 1/2
    Woke up at 199 today and abs are losing a lil visibility but due to water retention which is expected and not an issue.
    Sure it due to the gear and also all the glycogen I am able to jam in there with SLIN, so muscles are fuller with H2O and holding more hydration.
    Always hydrate your cells!

    Safe to safe the prop is kicking in, Diet has stayed the same, I will not change it until my body tells me to.
    Also adding Finasteride at 1mg EOD dosed at 0.5mg in the am and 0.5mg in pm due to half life, overtime since I started doing shows I've noticed my hair is not as thick as it was years ago. Esp with my last contest cycle heavily DHT based.

    Started the GHRP-6 today.
    Also on a sidenote the GHRP-6 is started making me sleepy in like 2-3 mins of Sub-Q Shot, but this is normal.
    Its been about an hour and its not as bad but still a little tired. Also checked my bloodsugar at the time of that feeling and it was 96 so was not blood sugar dropping.

    After repeated intravenous (i.v.) boluses of growth hormone-releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6) we found recently increases of growth hormone (GH), corticotropin (ACTH) and cortisol levels and of the amount of stage 2 sleep. In clinical use, oral (p.o.), intranasal (i.n.) and sublingual (s.l.) routes of administration have advantages over i.v. administration. We compared the sleep-endocrine effects of 300 microg/kg of body weight (b.w.) GHRP-6 in enteric-coated capsules given p.o. at 21.00 h and of 30 microg/kg GHRP-6 i.n. or 30 microg/kg GHRP-6 sl. given at 22.45 h in normal young male controls with placebo conditions. After GHRP-6 p.o. secretion of GH, ACTH and cortisol remained unchanged. The only effect of GHRP-6 s.l. was a trend toward an increase in GH in the first half of the night. GHRP-6 i.n. prompted a significant increase in GH concentration during the total night and a trend toward an increase in ACTH secretion during the first half of the night, whereas cortisol secretion remained unchanged. Furthermore, after GHRP-6 i.n., sleep stage 2 increased in the second half of the night by trend, and spectral analysis of total night non-rapid eye movement (REM) sleep revealed a decrease of delta power by trend. In contrast sleep stage 2 decreased during the second half of the night after GHRP-6 p.o. Our data demonstrate that GHRP-6 is capable of modulating GH and ACTH secretion as well as sleep. However, the effects depend upon dosage, duration and route of administration.





    Starting certain things on there own to make sure I notice the small effects vs starting everything at once.
    IGF1-LR3 will be added in about 2 days once I get used to the GHRP sides, but from what I've seen its normal and can expect to have better dreams.
    Shit forgot to add i take xanax everynight for deep sleep, I'll update my initial post

    Feel like a real drug addict running all this shit :P

    Damn Jack good to see you around! I remember when you carried your BG meter around all day and took readings etc. Hell you even took one after chewing sugar free gum if i recall! lol

    Yes thanks, well we are masters of our own bodies.
    Yeah sugar free gum made it rise from 70 ish i believe to 120 after 3 sticks of sugar free.
    Good to see some old vets still around

    Weight is still up at 199 upon wake up after bathroom 1 & 2
    Strength was defiantly up last night, had some deep rem sleep with dreams and woke up feeling refreshed.
    Took GHRP-6 after last meal.

    this may have been asked already but do you think you're even using all 2,100 mg? Why 2,100? and not something like a gram?

    I've ran 1250mg of test before so this is a stepping stone and would like to see how my body responds when given all this and a clean diet.

    Not all but I am looking for some big changes come weeks 5-7 honestly.
    If sides get bad or to much I will cut back to 1.5g of Test C, by then prop and cyp are in effect.


    Not that I am trying to turn pro, Not a "pro card" hunter, but this isn't far off from the IFBB pros if you've ever seen there crap running like over 6g of gear. I am not a pro but I wanna see if there is really a difference, I know the bro-science just putting this to real life to see what it produces.

    Not to mention this will probably be my last 3 cycles and I call it quits as I have other plans down the road.

    Rest day yesterday
    On rest days I only do slin at wakeup 5iu and replace all shakes at night with whole food meals

    Weight is 199.6 today

    Took GHRP-6 After my last meal before I went to sleep and notice some good things.
    Dreamed once woke up pissed, went back to bed and dreamed again, woke up about 4:45am instead of 6:00am and felt totally refreshed even though I didn't sleep as long as I normally do. Tried to go back to sleep but my body was fully awake and not tired so I just went with it.

    So thats a plus for me right there since adding GHRP-6 alone

    Past 2 days been feeling like edgy/anxiety around 2-5 pm'ish, almost like i felt like on tren a.
    Not sure what it is but may be work as I been really busy with alot of my mind or the test prop, skin is starting to get oily.

    Will add accutane in 30mg EOD for a few weeks then back off to 2x week

    Well so far weight has stabilized at about 198 upon wake up.

    Gears will stay the same

    Upping each slin shot to 6 iu, 3 iu more overall for the day.
    Upping chicken meals by 1 oz each for meals 4 and 5
    Upping AM cream of wheat from 3 oz to 3.5 oz
    Upping potato PWO from 11 oz to 13 oz


    New macros are now

    Protein: 381G 42%
    Carbs: 337G 37%
    Fats: 94G 20%

    I've ran it before. Never had sides but I know it harsh on the liver so I am doing it as needed with less.
    I know some guys who run 90mg of it, I am only doing 30mg F 90
    Currently only running 3x a week, Mon Wens and Fri, with probably 1700+mg of test i imagine some oil I have to deal with vs trying to fight it vs pros and cons.

    Interesting about the blood sugar going up from sugar free gum. Not so sugar free I guess. Why the insulin ? Are you diabetic, or is there another reason?

    The blood sugar was a test and insulin spiked due to the artificial crap, feel free to try it for yourself, just get a blood glucose meter, strips and gum, Test 5 mins before 10 mins after, look at your levels.

    There are plenty of articles on here for insulin and what it does.

    Metabolism is increased.
    Weight today was 199.6.
    Had to add in another unexpected meal before bed as my metabolism told me to which was 16oz egg whites and 2oz almonds.
    Last night defiantly notice strength was up and size was visible as I did chest and bis.

    I am a big believe in a nice "Full Controlled Range of motion" and maximum tension on my muscle not slinging 40 pounds more than I can handle with shitty form and sloppy control.

    I focus on the squeeze not slamming weight thinking heavy weight will make you big, I've gotten injured doing that bs during my exp.


    For instance when I do bicep curls I may do one arm at a time and not left then right etc, that gives your muscle time to rest where as with focusing on one arm and keeping the tension consistent will require more muscle fibers to kick in without the resting effect that alternative curls does.

    Yeah I can deadlift 500 but for a few reps with shitty form and risking injury to feed my ego, I rather not.
    I prefer to do nice controlled reps.

    An injury will shelf me for 3-4 weeks, Playing it safe
