    first cycle ever teste or sustanon

    i am akash
    age 22
    weight 64 kg/141 pounds
    height 5'8
    body fat less than 15%
    i have been working out since 3-4years
    so i was planning to take a 12 week cycle
    Testosterone enanthate for 1-12 weeks 500mg/week
    dianabol for 1-6weeks 25mg/week
    and nolvadex for pct for 2 weeks 40 mg daily
    one of my friend suggested to take
    sustanon
    Week Sustanon-Deca -durabolin -Proviron -Tamoxifen
    1 500 400 - -
    2 500 300 - -
    3 250 200 - -
    4 250 100 - -
    5 250 100 - -
    6 250 100 - -
    7 - - 50 30
    8 - - 25 30
    i dont want to inject 2 juice
    so can i take
    sustanon for 1-6 weeks
    with dianabol for 1-4 weeks
    and pct will be proviron and nolva
    so plzz suggest me a good cycle
    and also i already have gyno so i am planning to take nolvadex 4 weeks before starting any cycle so i can get rid of gyno
    to reduce its effect
    what should i do plzz help me
    and also tell me which cycle will show best results

    Too light, no amount of steroids will make up for your poor diet. Please visit our nutrition forum and post up your weight gain meal plan over there and we can get you on the right track.

    Do you have hard lumps under your nipples or is it just fat?

    read that already
    who told you that my diet is poor i have around 120gms of proteins daily with 200gms of carbs
    with this diet i gained my weight till 150lbs but i am not gaining above it since last 6 months so now i reduced my protein intake 60 gms and carbs 20gms to lose fat and lost weight 10lbs
    and yes they are hard lumps under nipples my chest is the best but those nipples make them look worst

    Your weight tells me your diet is poor. You just confirmed it by detailing the amounts. It looks like you eat as much as my 3 year old girl.

    i reduced the carbs and protein intake as i wanted to lose fat i lost fat
    but now the protein intake is same 60gms but i increased carbs directly to 300gms coz in india each and every food has carbs and carbs only

    What is your TDEE and how much above or below is your daily caloric intake? It's not just your macros that are relevant to gains in LBM or a reduction in bf.

    EDIT: As BIB stated, you're a little young to risk suppression of your HTPA. Moreover, your first cycle should be testosterone only with proper ancillaries and PCT.

    my tdee is 2300 and caloric intake is somewhere below 2000 around 1800

    If your goal is to increase LBM, you are sorely under feeding yourself and will waste the cycle. Growth comes from food, not in a syringe or pill. You have to eat if you want to grow and eating 1800-2000 calories isn't going to help you grow.

    while on cycle i will be eating above 3000 calories above 200gms protein and 400gms carbs
    i am here to take advice on my first cycle and not my diet

    every guy in here thinks i am a newbie an idiot who dont know what to eat for muscle building
    i am working out since 4 years and never gained above 150lbs while eating 120gms protein and 200gms carbs

    Why, all of a sudden, will you be massively increasing your protein and carbs for your cycle? Why don't you try eating like that without steroids ?

    i am taking cycle nxt month so i will be increasing my protein and carbs this month from today and i will surely gain 10lbs to 15lbs but i wont gain any muscle above 15lbs so cycle would give a kick and i surely would gain 30 - 40 lbs in 3months
    10-15lbs naturally and 20-25lbs from steroids in 3 months
    guys help me tell me which cycle should i take
    and another thing bib
    you shared about gyno thread above so i would be taking raloxifene or tamoxifen from today to reduce my gyno effect
    even if i dont take cycle is it fine BIB

    You need to be realistic. Even a 10lb gain of actual muscle from your first cycle will be a result. You have no idea how much weight you can gain and I guarantee that the majority of weight that you do gain will be fat.

    I'm out of this now, maybe someone else will tell you what you want to hear rather than what you should hear.

    1st, you already know you are too young... 2nd, find new friends because the ones you have are completely clueless (your friends cycle idea is brutally bad)...3rd. i would never drop my protein intake, in grams, below my weight... learn to eat before starting a cycle...hell, learn how to eat, in general... 4th. you already know you are too young... 5th. get it out of your head that you are going to gain 30-40lbs your first cycle of test/dbol ... you are tiny and its not going to happen anyways...you have never eaten enough and your protein intake has always been low...6th. you already know you are too young... goodluck

    1. You are too young. don't screw up your natural test. 2. You are too small. Get your diet right. Its hard to do consistently, but that's the only way to add muscle mass. 3. Test only for first cycle. I'm not a big fand of blends like sustanon , but some guys really like it. 4. get some blood work done and address any gyno and other hormonal issues with a real live doctor way before taking AAS. good luck.

    Test e then you only need to pin twice a week and easier to keep stable levels with a single ester
