    Is my Clen Massively Under-dosed?

    First time clen user here. I ordered from AR-R since it has a great reputation here on the site (mods if I'm not allowed to say I got it from AR-R, please edit this post).

    It's my fourth day on the clen, and I've gone 20 mcg (day 1), 40 mcg (day 2), 60 mcg (day 3), and 80 mcg today. The only side effects I've gotten are slightly shaky hands for about 2-3 hours after taking the dose and very slight cramps (I've been taking plenty of taurine for the cramps though so they should be mild). I haven't gotten any sweats, insomnia, and like I said, the shakes are only lasting 2-3 hours. Is this typical, is my body just handling the clen really well, or do you think my clen is under-dosed?

    If this is not usual, should I just continue to up by 20 mcg a day? I was only planning on going up to 120 mcg, but at this rate, I don't foresee many side effects by that time. Should I go up to 160 mcg if I continue to tolerate it like this?

    You cant judge effectiveness by side effects. It sound soto me based on the shakes etc that your clen is def good. Shakes, minor cramping, consider yourself luky and do NOT go up to irresponsible doses like yu are considering.

    Alright, so I shouldn't go above 120 mcg then?

    I have shaky hand with ar-r clen , sweat a bit, no insomnia.

    But damn I reached 202 BPM while jogging!!

    Their clen is ****ing potent.

    Feel.lucky to not feel anything bad,
    Except for fast heart beat I feel great on clen

    You are g2g i never went over 100mcg

    Thanks man I appreciate the advice! I'm happy to hear that it sounds like I just tend to tolerate it well

    Make sure you get some taurnine to take with that clen . Like 3 grams a day or you will get craps and muscle pain. Also put in there K and Mg

    Take your body temperature. If it's working you core temp should be a slightly higher.
