Here's what I am considering. Will max out at 50 - 75 mcg depending on lethargy.
Week 1: 12.5 mcg
W2: 25 mcg
W3: 37.5 mcg
W4: 50 mcg
W5: 62.5
W6/7/8/9 75
W10 62.5 then 50
W11 37.5 then 25
W12 12.5
Run clen 3 weeks on/ 3 weeks off
Appreciate your input.

it as in clen also gives me the shakes! i dislike clem but need to take something with t3 to slow the muscle loss. I am not ready to stack with var or primo yet.

Keto helps me with the shakes. I agree that going up slowly also helps a lot. I personally dont like the ECA stack. I have read more about albuterol and I have thought about looking into it after my clen runs out. I know its anabolic so it might be worth a try. When I take T3 I do add T4 in there. Seems to help with energy

Gotcha, how many pounds are you looking to shed?
I know it is extremely frowned upon - But, I have been considering DNP . But, I do doubt I will go this route

I only cycled with clen once. I did everything I was supposed to do, ramp up to a mild dose. regardless, the shakes were significant, so much so that when I signed a document, it looked like I had parkensons. not good. and a huge tip off that something is up with me. I prefer compounds that are a bit more subtle. And it made me grouchy too. do you get grouchy?

Not grouchy but my blood pressure was elevated and I couldn't write or sign anything at highest dosage within 2 hrs of taking. . I will not go up to 120 this time.

12.5mcg is less than your body produces naturally in a day. 25 is about an average from what i've read. Starting any lower than 25 in my humble opinion is a waste of time. Also there wouldn't be a need to tapper back down below 25mcg.
With this stack I'd keep an eye on your bodyfat percentage and how much lean mass your frame carries. You don't want to lose just muscle and get the "skinny fat" syndrome. T3 is not really a muscle preserving compound. Clen in most cases isn't enough to preserve it either.

As far as timing goes....most prefer to take both first thing in the morning.
Once I start getting into higher doses of clen I start splitting the dose. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon. This isn't recommended for everyone as it's common for some to experience insomnia when taken later in the day. I combat it by taking Keto which knocks me out fairly quickly after taking it so insomnia is rarely an issue.

Hi Scott. I am aware 12.5 is low and I am willing to sacrifice one or two weeks at a lower dose bc I am a scaredy cat.
Regarding tapper down, some ppl do recommend to taper down. I have read both so i don't think it will hurt me to taper down 12.5mcg every 3 days for the last 2 weeks bc I am a scaredy cat.
I know I am at risk for skinny fat. I have var and primo on standby altho my last experience with var was not positive. Excessive water retention. Either bad gear or interaction with Estratest.
I don't deserve the muscle tone I have for as little I lift . I will either run 1 or 2 cycles of t3/clen and then bulk. I have an event I need to start training for. Cutting now will help me with the endurance part 12 miles. Lean bulk with the strength portion - 25 military style obstacles.
My plan of attack may change as I progress thru the next several months. I have allotted time for adjustments.

Thanks for the response on timing. I will adjust my Estratest to evening. I am a good sleeper and haven't had much problems on clen if I take full dose b4 10am. I never thought to split higher dose in half. Good suggestion. Thx!

appreciate the help. there just isn't a lot of info for females and female reactions are more unpredictable then the fellas.
i started with the 25mcg. if i get lethargic, i will bump down.
Relative to the taper down, i am concerned about rebound and being a first cycle, I am more concerned about my body's reaction.
I may add primo or var. I am prepared. i did start with the clen altho its not a fav of mine neither

ok so you are taking the same amount of clen and t3?
Are you preparing for a show or why do you want to use these compounds? If you are in contest prep using clen will make your skin photosensitive, so becareful outside or in the bed.
First thing is the body manufactures 25 mcg of t3 daily so taking less than say 50 mcg is pointless, not being a jerk just is. the body will shut down production in only a day or 2 so 12.5 mcg for a week them 25mcg for another probably not enough. You DO NOT need to tapper on or off of t3, the thyroid will start normal function within a few days of coming off. You may want to build up to higher doses but as i said before no need to taper off.

1. run ketotifen along with the Clen at 1:100..do not do breaks with the Clen if you are worried about lethargic mood from the T3. This is the standard from my reading. Keto resets the receptors Clen blunts. Take Keto before bed..it will make you sleepy if there is a side effect.
2. Austin has a T3 thread that is pretty darn good but I bet you have read it.
3. Austin sets the bar at 250-350 testosterone to prevent muscle wastage. I assume this is with 100+ Clen and 100 T3 doses (or more). The test will feed and protect the muscles. Being female I am interested at the gold standard to prevent the muscle wastage.
4. I did 2 weeks of Clen just a s a test of ramping up and down and sides. Watch the diet. Clen needs carbs to work effective. Do not do a low carb diet...bump if needed. If you go low on carbs you will get muscle wastage from the Clen.

Has anyone gotten a rash on t3. I am one week in @25 mcg and noticing a rash in neck on days 6 and 7. Now day 8 and increased to 50 mcg and noticed red bumps on inner lower arm also.
Anyone else? Suggestions? Thank you.

X2...tried clen . Hated it. Threw the shit back in the cabinet. Basically was geeking out from shaking so bad. Its not for me. And I didnt go over 60mcg either
