With my current bloat we're about at the same Bf% looking
I measure myself with my calibrated eye ball @ right under 14%
Don't worry about the number, but the mirror.
I see it like this; Right under 14% - to be right @ or under 10% I need to lose 5% flat. Right now I weigh in at right over 210, that's right under 11 pounds. 11 pounds is jack shit for me to lose

I focus on two deciding factors now when I watch my weight.
One: My waist size, if it gets bigger and I am gaining weight I know I am retaining water or getting fatter. Waist does not really grow much at all while gaining LBM
And # two: My true muscle size, like my neck & my bi's. If you're gaining LBM you will see your arm size inch up along with other areas
No easy shit here for me either. I don't have magical powers that some seem to posses. I barely start to eat shitty and my waist just expands. Yet, I gain no LBM

just my two cents.... i can see the top two rows or my abs at just under 12%...and not a true 6 pack till about 10.5 % .machine at my gym is +/- .5% .

Me right now. Didn't even wanna take a pic while holding damn near 10Lbs if water.
I say this is right under 14%

So I got more work to do,its good to turn to the forum at these times!
Sometimes I get discouraged that progress is not as I expected and things dont go as fast as i want and start giving up in my head
Then I start reading here and i hear others saying the same that there is no miracle potion but hard work so i just keep going and not giving up

Keep it up, don't worry about the tests, take it to where you want to be.... and then do a bit more.

My suggestion:
I'd do 200-250mg a week of test(I like prop for a cut, just my opinion)
300mg of tren ace (75mg EOD) < I start with a 100, but 75 is plenty
I'd lay off the Var until you are sub 10%. Then hit it to pull even lower

Ok I did the same question I did here so U answered it

I can't tell if it's working or not I got more vascular
But I eat fish only diet ,1 hr boot camp 5 days a week
1 hr weights 5 days a week both with a trainer so no slacking
I was looking for that... Oh it will drop your jaw kind of result.. That did not happen but with me nothing works like that everything is slow and painfull

So we are going down
So 6 weeks 4% off see how the next 6 weeks go

I had my nutritionist do impedance and pinch test two days ago
Impedance was 8 we knew that was stupid then she measured with the caliper
And it was 12 but I think it's 16
