1st cycle quick help!

22 year old male at 5'8" and 160 pounds who's looking to start his first cycle. As of right now I'm thinking of going with, Test-E at 500mg/week for 12 weeks. 2 injections per week of 250mg Test-E. Followed by PCT of Nolva and Clomid. Total of 3 vials of Test-E 250 and 1 bottle of each Nolva and Clomid. Is there anything I should add/replace/remove?

Yes I am aware of the risks at my age but I will only do 1-2 cycles MAX and then continue natural so I'm not too worried about it..

Also I've been told to bulk up more before I start but I want to go for it anyway.. What would happen if I went for it now instead of waiting to get bigger then starting? My goal is to move up to 190ish and the way I see it is if I start now I can get there much faster vs waiting months and months to put on more weight and then to start..

As for my diet I don't have the exact numbers but I will start to track them and build off of that to continue to bulk even harder and be good for cycle.

So, you're admitting that you don't really know what you're doing but you're "not too worried about it." I'd re-thing this whole thing if I were you, sport.

Look at the top of the forum, there is a thread called "My First Cycle" - It was very helpful for me.
For some reason I can't link you to it.

22 seems too young to me though, I just started my first cycle at 28.

No..I know what I'm doing basically what I'm asking is what will happen if I start my cycle now at 160 vs waiting to get bigger then starting? As for the "I'm not too worried about it" part I solely meant that for the fact that I'm 22 and would take Steroids . Yes I know 22 is young and I've read the "Steroids and the Young" section but since I would only do 1 or 2 cycles I think it would be okay vs long-term use.

Therein lies your problem. What that demonstrates, at least to me, is a serious lack of judgement on your part. You're willing to lay your health, not just the here and now, but for the remainder of your life, on the line so you can be the "biggest guy around NOW." One little secret...no matter how big you get, there'll always be someone bigger. Seriously man, you need to man up, slow down and do the responsible thing and give yourself a couple more years.

First off you don't even have a good base at 5'8, 160 and im going to guess ur bodyfat is around 15%.

U run a cycle I can almost guarantee that you will lose all of ur gains.

If you don't have ur diet in check the steroid is not going to do anything for you... u eat like a 160 pounder that's why you weight 160lbs... Go to the nutrition section and get ur diet in check.

HEY!!! now you are stealing my ideas.....

It's worked for me in the past.

Hell I say we should start promoting these kids use more.. Maybe Deca alone, Dbol only, no AI and forget about diet or high body fat, just use aas because we all know it's magic in a bottle.

She was very good every time and I have the videos to prove it. lol 1/2 Filipino, 1/2 Brazilian. Good mix. The 3 together were all Filipino. Started out as only 2 of them but after a couple of hours they asked if they could invite a friend to join. Who was I to say no.

Test is a wonderful thing when done right.

I think we scared off the OP either that or he is having it out with his girlfriend because of of them in the picture really was her? hahahahaha

Hopefully he got the Idea and decided to just stop but more than likely he found another forum where they thing it's all good.

Maybe we can get him to post a picture of his GF so I can see if it's something I might want to look int.
