I could not find the ingredients in clenbuterol .

Does clen have any nitrates?

the ingredients in clenbeutral are clenbeutral.

Im guessing you have a condition where you cant have any nitrate intake. If so post it.
Im Pre-med, but im no DOC. go to yours and ask him bout it. He will know. Clen is a bronchiodiolater so see what he says. Dont put your health up to anyones word on here

Clen 's full terminology is Clenbuterol Hycrochloride (HCL)

There's no best, i.e. pre-, post- or during workouts, but rather if you're more sensitive to the side effects (which may or may not include insomnia) it should be taken earlier in the day when they are better tolerated. And, yes it can be taken in one serving or divided throughout the day, because due to its substantial half-life (greater than 24 hours) neither matters.
