22 fat free lbs in 80 days??

First off I wasn't sure exactly where to put this question, so sorry if I chose wrong.

I went to my university's bod pod today for a follow up to check the results of my summer diet and workout program. I did have some trouble losing weight from specific areas on my body which I think may just require a super low body fat %, eventually I will strive to get there. So I was a little skeptical on how well my results would be. I know they would be good but did not expect what results I received.

In 80 days I dropped 9.3% body fat which was a great success for me and I couldn't be happier. Not so surprising considering how strict I was. What surprised me was the fat free mass lb increase. In the same 80 days I put on 22.36 lbs of fat free weight. Which to me and the dietician who was also amazed with those results means holding bone, organ, and the fasted state I was in constant, I managed to roughly put on 22 lbs of muscle in a little over 2 1/2 months. This seems like a lot to me but I could be wrong.

    Any input valued. Thanks

based off a 200lb person that would mean you dropped 19lbs of fat and gained 11% lbm...something seems off man.

I'm having trouble with uploading the pic I think the file may be too large. After class tomorrow I will figure it out.

I did a bod pod done once and it was way high as far as I'm concerned.
It showed my body fat at 28.5% or something like that.
I think I was around 21% at the time.
A month later after losing a little weight I got dunked in water and they calculated me at 18.9%.
I've since gotten dunked 3 more times and I've been dieting throughout. 16.9%, 15.1%, 15.2%

Everything I've read has said how effective bod pods are. Do you think water testing is more accurate?
