Someone else can answer the steroid question. But as far as not gaining a lot of mass, just don't eat over your TDEE. And if u want to cut and loss weight, eat a bit under it.

First off your wasting your time on an oral cycle only . You say your looking for strength not size then you don't need steroids period . Head over to the workout forum you will get all the answers you need on how to gain strength over there also check the powerlifting section that will help you to , plus maybe you should post up you diet in the nutrition forum as well

I am not trying to hate on you here, but I have a NASM cert and I find it is worthless in the setting of bodybuilding and anabolic compounds. What is your weight?
You say you are going to dedicate to your next cycle but I want to stress to you how important that is. Sometimes details can make or break a cycle.

2x^^ a certification doesn't mean anything in bodybuilding or anabolic compounds. Hell a certification doesn't really mean anything .. Researching and studying compounds. Their pro's and con's of each compound.. But for strength u need to learn how to train just for strength.. Yes some drugs will help with it but if u don't have the right training behind it u will lose everything right after cycle.. Btw i would say anavar (if u can find real var" and test p would be ur best bet. Ur comments tell me that ur not ready for a tren cycle..

Either one of these will work well if diet and training are on point..
1-8 500mg test P
1-8 HCG 250ui x2 wk
1-8 dex .25mg EOD
3 days after last injection start pct
Pct:
Clomid@100,50,50,50
Nolv@ 40,20,20,20
Or
1-12 500mg test E or C
1-12 HCG 250ui x2 wk
1-12 dex .25mg EOD
2 weeks after last injection start pct
Pct:
Clomid@100,50,50,50

Yeah those suggested cycles are better in line with your goals, clen wouldn't give you strength gains like you want. Clen is a cutting compound.

Then steroids are not for you. The workout and nutrition sections should still be of some use to you here.
