500mg test - 750mg test experience
Doing a little study myself and I want to know for those who are serious about cycling and or compete on stage, what you like and dislike about 500mg test a week to 750mg test a week. If you notice huge differences. Etc.
Personally, I stick with 500. I've done 750 and I think unless you're 250+ bodybuilder then 750 is pointless. Diet diet diet.

Everybody is different right? So it's going to be an open answered question,
Some do 500 some probably do 2g, Each to there own.
Personally 500 myself.

No difference in gains , got more estrogen sides from 750.

Personally. 500 a week extended from 12 to 14 weeks over 750 at 12 weeks Then I go back to TRT dose

For me I will never do a high test cycle again. Side weren't worth minimal diff in gains. My bp got super high, hematocrit jumped up, and I broke out across my shoulders. That never happened to me before. All this and estrogen was just a tad outside range.
once bp and hematocrit got high my workouts sucked id hit a wall of fatigue 30 min into workout.

Less is more. I'm dialed in at 525mg. Anything over that sides are much more pronounced.

I think it also depends on how big you are and how long you have been using test to begin with. If you are relatively new to the game 500mgs test is all you will need for long time. This is my thoughts on it at least.

Definitely how long you have been using test
Makes all the difference. I hardly grow from 500 a week. If Anything it's minimal. I like keeping my test around there or lower though, and add in one or two other compounds.

It's all about maximizing the gains while running the lowest dose possible. If you start off to high you leave yourself nowhere to go.

To answer your question I do not see a difference much from 500-750mgs. But yes definitely keep things as low as possible for as long as possible. Much healthier in the long run.

I run close to a g while bulking. It sucks ass, but keeps my dick working while running other compounds.
When cutting I try to pull my test back as far as possible. The high test gives me mad bloat & e2 is a bitch.

Yup. Just a little over TRT dose test preserves my muscles very well on a calorie deficient diet.

I could not tell the difference from 500-750. Diet was right, just couldn't see a reason to run an xtra 250.

I agree with other posts which mention, it really depends on how sensitive you are to test because of how long or how many test cycles you have done. If new to the game there is no reason, in my opinion to need more than 500.
I remember in the beginning few cycles i did, i didn't listen to anybody and just started really low, since my body was bran new to Test. I think my first few cycle were around 250-300mg/w of Test Cyp, and i was extremely happy with my results.
Still to this day i havent gone above 500 and dont really think i ever will. For me, this gives me amazing gains and anything over 500 i think i would get too much like a balloon. It just blows me up too much and fills me up with too much water for my liking. Even while taking an AI...
