any advice is greatly appreciated
I'm new to the site but looking to try my first cycle I'm 23 5"8 and weigh 180 I'm wanting to get around 215 and very cut any advice would be great as to what I should try how much and what to stack it with also I bench around 275 now and need any advice

I advice you to wait for a couple of years , you don't want to to screw ur undeveloped Hpta ..

Small results are obtained through a great diet and lifting regime. We have separate sections for each of those that you should visit.

do you know anything about PCT ? post cycle therapy ? how long have you been training for? i see your bench is 275, what about the squat?

Last time I did squats was about 3 months ago I work offshore so most of my work out is cardio and push ups and sit ups pull ups excedera but I squared 380 clean

And I can't seem to get to 200 which is where I want to be I'm 180 and I'm just looking for some cut and some small results I'm new to the juice that's why I posted in here to see what I should run to get the results I'm looking for.

If you want to grow, you have to eat. Try adding a little extra calories every week until you see some results.

I'm on a boat a month at a time and home 2 weeks we have cooks I eat 3 full course meals and I eat snacks throughout the day can anybody tell me what results I should expect running this cycle of cypionate 250 and should I stack it I'm fully developed and this is what I want to do just wondering if y'all could give me any tips or advice on what to do and how to run this plz any advice is appreciated and thank each and everyone of you for your concerns and welcomes

We understand you're trying naturally. Maybe you need to break things down nutritionally and see exactly what your putting in you. The nutrition section can help here. As I said, you very well may not be eating enough. It's uncomfortable to eat to gain but if you can't learn to do it then when your cycle is over you'll simply lose all you gained as you will be unable to feed the newly developed tissue. Make sense? If you're 180lbs now and want to be 200 then you need to eat like a 200 pound guy and maintain that level of eating to maintain the mass.

If not ready to follow it to the letter then you should not embark on it. There are no short cuts.

Well in the past 6 months I gained 20 pounds went from 160 to 180 but the last 3-4 months I haven't gained any at all just pretty much stayed where I'm at

Your goals are lofty, you will never maintain 215 off cycle if you can't manage to eat enough at this weight. You have to eat more, like it or not, that is the only way to grow and keep it.

Your goals are completely unrealistic you'd be lucky to gain 30lb over the whole cycle and maintain 10-15 of muscle post cycle if you somehow managed to cycle perfectly diet and all. That's also if you just bulked hard and forgot about getting cut.
You need to eat more to gain weight, your new 20lb of muscle means your body uses more energy to maintain the muscle so you need to provide it with more energy (eat more) to keep gaining.
