I've never felt anything from b12 injections and do not feel they're necessary. Availability depends on your country....

I used to take b12 injections 1000mcg ed... I enjoyed the energy I got from it.

In Canada you can walk into a Pharmacy and just buy it. They try to give you a hard time of course and ask you why you want it and what you're doing and what is the dose you're gonna run.... blah blah blah. But either way, you can buy it without a script in the great white north!

B12 injections have been great for me. Increased energy and overall feeling of well being. Methyl B12 used sublingually should be just as effective, but more expensive.

I can't get enough personally. If I didn't hate injection frequency, I'd inject every hour. Nothing but good can come from B12.

I have had good results with B12 when I'm lacking energy and/or my appetite is lacking.

You can buy sublingual B12 at any pharmacy/superstore although I don't believe it is as effective as injectable B12. Austinite has some good info on it in his supplement article, I believe.

Austinite's Amino Acids, Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs and more.

B12 increases my appetite a good bit, almost as much as if I was on a course of prednisolone.

Thx AG! I was thinkin the same in regards to sublingual not being as effective... So it hard why I had asked... I'd rather use the injectable form as well and if it increases appetite like I keep hearing(& NRG) I'm on my way to purchasing + all its other benefits... Thx...

Nach, I believe I posted the wrong link above. I'm thinking that if you can't locate injectable B12, the sublingual B12 lozenges like the ones by Jarrow are supposed to be decent?
I purchased the basic sublingual drops @ the drugstore for a slight burst of energy, but I rarely use them because they cause me to clean out the refrigerator.
I've also used injectable and still have a few amps that a good friend gave me. I hold onto them for use whenever I'm feeling really run down.

LOL. It's weird how people's bodies differ, Vette. I can use B12 and it ramps up my appetite and bumps upy energy level somewhat. I swear there are times I feel as if I could tear the bottom out of the fridge digging for more food to eat....which is no bueno for me.

Do you administer B12 in conjunction with a cycle?

I'm about to start using the Jarrow sublinguals after recommendations on here.

You probably won't feel much from a single injection.

Yeah, started taking B12 a few years ago, before AAS.
Oral forms do nothing to me, at the time got some pharma adenosylcobalamin 20000ui/2ml vials. Took one full shot and got full of pimples, it gives me chest acne that I never had before.
Half of that dose still gives me bad acne, its very immediat, couple of days.
Later discovered bac water and finnaly dilute the 2ml in 10, which its ok to take about 1000 to 2000 ui.

    Hi Mike,

My personal experience is that the first few shots "work" in the sense that they give you energy but after a while extra shots didn't do anything for me.

When i started out is shot like 4 ampules in my body in two months and now I shoot them every 4-6 months. I don't notice anything from the latter ones, which in my opinion means I don't have any deficiency in b12.

I use methylcobalamine 5mg per shot (which is pretty much i guess). My pee turns rosé btw

2 shots a day? Haha. I take up to 10 shots a day, and I've never even used AAS.
