PCT help

Im currently running Test Cyp for 15 weeks, 500mg a week, what should I use as a PCT? How long after my cycle ends should I start my PCT? dosage size? How long should I PCT for?
Im thinking of starting my PCT 2 weeks after my cycle ends and using:
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 60mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg
I dont know how well that would work. Any help and tips are appreciated! Thanks in advance.

15 wks is a long cycle but anyway pct will start 18 days after last pin.

Clomid 75,50,50,50
Nolva 40,20,20,20

You should get blood work done 6 wks after pct to see where you are. This is why it is a very very good idea to get pre cycle bloods done to see if you have recovered from your cycle.

15 weeks is a long cycle and at your age not advised but if you are already on you should have incorporated hcg 250 iu 2xew right up to 3 days prior to starting pct. Pct starts 14-18 days from last test pin. Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20
