System will kick in sooner but it takes me 5 to see deca results start. Also I assume you mean 2mls of each a week

24??? Dude, why are you running AAS at that age??? Is this your 1st cycle? Or is it your 1st time running both Sust/DECA ?? Do you have caber??? I would never run DECA without it?? What AI are you doing?? And also, what's your PCT plan

Yes I'm 24. And yes first time to run both. First to use anything besides a complete nutrition stack. I'm gonna do clomide for pct. guy that is training me is helping me through. I gained 39 lbs before I started deca /sust. Wanna gain 35 more.

You should be running test only as a first cycle.
The guy that is training you - what has he suggested and an AI?
What dopamine antagonist do you have?
What is your HCG protocol?
What else other than clomid has he suggested for your PCT?NO SOURCES GIVEN

He suggested to do what I'm doing. Same as what he's running. He runs this often. And he only uses clomide for pct.

He's an idiot and is going to cause you damage.
So no AI or DA? No HCG and a poor PCT?
Best advice? Stop your cycle and run a mini PCT and learn how to cycle and how to eat to gain before you consider jumping on again.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I've got my diet going pretty good. He just cycled off a while ago. And I don't know what all the letters mean either

So, aside from the fact that you really have no base to cycle do you now have protocols for
AI?
DA?
HCG ?
PCT?
BTW, 7% bodyfat on this pic, is that like you?
Can you post a pic of you from the front?Last edited by Back In Black; 06-16-2015 at 02:49 PM.

Hmm looks like you head and everything grew. Oh wait, you are just closer to the camera.
Dude, working out for 3 months and you jumped on aas? That's like getting you drivers permit and driving in the Indianapolis 500. No chance of you wink ng and you will probably crash and burn.
Besides that it's a waste of money because there is nothing you will gain using aas you would not have naturally for the next couple of years.
Being skinny and no muscle mass is not the same as low body fat. You are still probably 12% or higher.
