Basically, if someone takes testosterone, they will read high on a blood test (with sufficient amounts). But if the testosterone they take has been altered slightly - to create an anabolic steroid, it does not translate into a high blood testosterone level.
Correct but you body still stops producing testosterone when you introduce these other compounds.
