Gym is all i really care about in the end of the day!

i dunno man ive been lifting for almost 4 years now and the gym seems to be my only relief to this sad and boring life i live. I work full time come home and dont really do much as i live in a new town and not much friends here. Every-time its an off day from the gym I feel lost and hopeless. I am very dependent on being on a preworkout and going to the gym to make me feel good and worth something. My physique id say is good for a natural.

I will be turning 22 by september and ive been thinking of doing roids since 2 years now keep delaying due to my age. But i have gotten to the point where if all i do and think about is the gym why not just begin juicing right now. I know there are problems at this age but i just dont know if i can wait any longer! I just want to enhance my self and workouts to a next level. I also see my self blowing up on them (I know they arent magic but from my physique and gym pumps atm i see a really good turn around if i cycle) I dunno what it is man but steroids are always in my head and something just keeps telling me to cycle already. Whats your thoughts ...

Find some friends. Take up a recreational sport. Do something on your days off, go fishing or fly model airplanes or something.

You won't always feel this way. You gotta find something else as well. If the gym is all you've got, you haven't got much.

Wait to cycle man. You'll appreciate this advice when you're 28.

It sounds like you want steroids to fix everything. They won't. On your days off from the gym go to public places like a park. Find a pick up game of basketball. Play in a softball league, or flag football league. Get out there and meet some people at your age you shluld be out chasing tail. Spark up a conversation with a female you see, ask her out. The only way to solve your problem is to be proactive, and meet some people. Steroids do not fix emotional problems and can make them worse. Get out there and knock the bottom out of as many women as you can find. Its always helped me get out of a rut.

Man I feel exactly the same. If I forget about gym and my diet and went out for a movie or a party I'll feel guilty and regret skipping the gym for just 1 day. All I think about all the time is just training, diet, and sleep.... and juices lol. I feel u brah.

appreciate the comments, some good insight. Yeah i have done all those I use to go out and play basketball alot but since srsly lifting I always end up feeling joint pain or what not if i go to hard in the court so i just stopped playing this past year so i dont injure myself by some chance. I dunno man maybe i have a mild case of depression i just never feel like going out and experimenting everything feels like a hastle. I dont know what it is but at this age i should be full of energy but i am not at all. Always tired from work, too tired to bother going out unless its to eat. All my friends love smoking pot and i don't anymore its f***ks me in the head makes me paranoid and overthinking everything! , so i dont bother chilling with them often anymore because i find it a waste getting high and doing nun...

Cycle to achieve the physique you desire, not to cope with not having friends. When the cycle is over then what? Just like the body you wish to obtain takes work and effort, so do most other things in life bud. Chin up bro! Go get some strange, hell with craigslist and tinder and w.e else the young crowd does you should be alright LMAO.

haha yeah its not about friends lol i got 2 chill brothers that are better then friends both around my age so we usually do whatever together but we always have no idea what to go out and do. Physique wise i wanna cycle for myself and after stacking up alot of money i wanna get a personal fitness cert and begin a career in it even if it doesnt pay a lot its what i truly enjoy, so i feel juice will be beneficial with that too.

Ever thought about directing your training towards something?

It could be anything. Maybe something like a Tough Mudder or god forbid a crossfit games type event. Maybe take up Golf. Or, like said above...PVSSY!

I know going out can reak havoc on your diet, that's why I suggested the other things. Also, if all your friends are potheads...find some new ones. Seriously, they will never get where you are at mentally and will always challenge your goals with shit food and bad habits.

At least you have an outlet,,,the gym. Some people cant find anything.
At 22 take advantage of your own naturally high hormones. You just need
some focus, dedication, food, rest and some hardcore training and you will gain.

This. You need balance my friend.

Also if you feel depressed then dont do a cycle. It could make you feel worse in the long run, especially post cycle

In 5, 10, 15, 20 years things could be different... But you would still be needing to pin your exogenous test cause you killed your natural one...

You need to find the right friends. I have the same problem... if I go out I am forced to eat crap or smoke or drink because that's what my friends do so I go out less often and in this way I lost some of my friends. Also I think you are a little depressed and I really believe that some ***** would fix it. There is nothing to loose anyway...

The gym just enhances my life. Try to find other hobbies as people have pointed out. Also gives more things to talk about with others!
