    500 or 750 test cyp ?

    Hi
    I am Javajim In the last 7 months I have gone from 277 to 216 lbs.I want to get to 200 lbs and 15% BF. My diet is about 2300 cal a day. I have one cheat meal a week and I do have a few drinks on sat and sun only. I do the treadmill HIIT 4 min 3.7 mph @ 3% incline and 1 min 8 mph until I reach 3.5 miles and 600 calories It is about 45 min 5 days a week. I lift 5 days a week also between 1 hr to 1.5 hrs depending on the body parts I am working.I am 56 years old 5ft 10 in. 216 bf not sure.I am on HRT test cyp 100 mg 2 x a week. I am getting ready to blast for 12 weeks ether 500 or 750 test cyp and some mast maybe 400 a week .I also take HGH 2 iu a day.This is my 15th day of HGH love it.. I know my bf is high for this but this will be my 5th cycle and have done good so far.Click image for larger version.

    I think you should brush up on your diet and try to get under 15% bodyfat before doing a cycle

    You look fantastic at 56 man! Keep up the great work! But if I were you and if the HGH and HRT are working well then I would just continue on the diet and see how much fat I can lose without having to add more test... more test = more sides!

    Looks good to me, but if you can handle the idea of starving a little you can go down below 2000 calories but that's just if your not losing anymore fat.

    I don't think you really need any steroids if when you start to drop some more BF you will b able to see a lot more of the muscle you already have and be pleased

    I always like seeing people start with lower dosages. Try 500mg,,,you may not need the 750mg for gains. When I started
    I grew on amazingly low dosages to whats considered a standard today.

    Why not start at 250mg and see how you respond. If 250mg will give you the same response as 500mg and especially if you steroid receptors are virgin to exogenous test, I would say take advantage of that effect while limiting possible side effects.

    Would opt much more for 500mg than 750mg...You will have excellent results with 500mg
