Thread: Lean bulk or bulk than cut cycles? Which one!?

    All depends on your body and what youre going for.

    For me, I look better with more bulk. Ive tested the theory and have found I get more attention when Im 195 vs a lean 175. Sure I have anabolic gut but it doesnt seem to matter much as long as its tight and muscluar. Still gotta do sit ups alot.

    Where as other people cant seem to lose weight no matter what they do. So they will ALWAYS be on a lean cycle regardless.

    My goal is to get a bit of mass on me but be fairly lean. not physique comp show ready but you get the picture.

    Myself personally, I like to lean bulk. When you bulk and then cut. I think it's extra work and kinda unnecessary. When you cut you will be down to where you'd be if you were to lean bulk. But some people grow different. See on what works best for you. I eat fairly clean anyways and have a active job so it's easier for me

    Pit. I appreciate the advice. how long do you usually run a lean bulk cycle for? and what compounds if you don't mind me asking.
