    I know this is a very newbie thing to ask but what does PM mean and Vet/Mod ?

    PM - Private Message.

    Vet - a member who has been there and done that in the steroid /weight lifting world. They pocess a lot of knowledge and experience.

    Mod - a forum moderator.

    Also, a new member will need to have at least 50 posts before PM privileges are granted.
    There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
    A minimum of 100 posts and 45 days membership required for source checks. Source checks are performed at my discretion.
