Why test e and sus? They are both just testosterone , sustanon is just a mix of different esters of test.

Test e OR sustanon for 14 weeks at 500mg per week
Deca for 12 weeks at 400mg per week

2 and they were both years and years ago.... and 6'0 225 pounds

If they both been years ago why not just run a test cycle. With the right diet you will see nice gains

If you have run two cycles you should know you need an AI and HCG .

Prefer the test sus and deca . Recommend arimidex .25 and HCG 500 x week. Nolva and clomid PCT.
