    Whats the most weight you've ever gained in 3 days?

    I only ask because i have been holding a steady 213 for weeks now,

    wednesday morning workout before leaving town i weighed 211, i took a 2 day vacation to see a few buddys, returned last night

    this morning at the gym i weighed in a 223.5, that 12.5 lbs in 2 or 3 days.... I could not believe my eyes, so i went home and checked my own personal scale and it also confirms it.

    What the heck?

    MANY year ago I would check my weight weekly but I rarely even get on a scale now,,i just go by the mirror.
    I have put on 14 pounds in a week before.

    in 24hours I upped by 10pounds ~5kg just by carbing up, glycogen holds alot of water in body, but once you go in to intermittent fasting or cut carbs weight drops almost as fast

    Yes I lost 15 punds by going on keto for 2 weeks , then I carbed up and gain like 10 lbs in like a day or 2

    5 lbs to which most was water.

    Don't freak out. Flying can make you bloat. Drinking (which it sounds you might have done) will also bloat you. Eat clean, drop sodium and drink lots of water for 3 days and you will drop it all or at least most. You can't physically gain 12 pounds of fat in 3 days. It's water.
