    How much gains do you keep after a cycle

    I'm thinking about quiting due to hair damage.

    Before my cycle I was 140lbs I'm currently 150, obviously I'm not past my genetic limit yet so would I still keep a majority of my gains once I stop?

    It really depends on your diet and exercise regimen post cycle. But, if those are on point and your gains were all muscle growth and not water retention. Then, it would be reasonable to assume that all of your new growth could be retained.

    Once you pass genetic potential your body will inevitably over time return to a natural state.
    If you havent reached your genetic potential and you cease you will keep it, as strongblood said, by proper diet and training. If you give a half effort it will all eventually go away.
    10lbs isnt that much gain from a cycle. I usually pick up ten lbs of water the first two weeks.
    Not being at your genetic potential should give you comfort though. I am betting you can surpass 150 fairly easily naturally. Natural is so much better if it suits your desires.

    My God there are a lot of young un's on here lately. I never check their profile to see just how young, guess I will start.
    25! Do not cycle till 25! All you are doing is Trashing your htpa and limiting your potential while increasing serious risks that you dont take serious because you think you are young and invincible. Wait till you are 5 years older and your girlfried leaves you because your pecker doesnt work!
    How much of a tough guy are you then???

    To answer the question if you stop your cycle and do a proper pct and recover along with keeping your nutrition and training on par you should keep everything and continue to gain

    I only ran one cycle & kept all of dem gainz
