    Gyno signs?!

    Hi guys,

I’m on my 10th week of a 13 week Sust and Deca cycle (500mg and 400mg per week divided by two injections).

Week 7 I started having itchiness and soreness in both nipples. Took 20mg of nolva ED during a week or so and both symptoms went away. Just to be cautious I kept a 10mg dose of nolva but my left nipple kept only the itchiness part, which is annoying but as long it doesn’t turn out in gyno it’s ok for me.

Now I’m seeing areola skin is very dry and around the upper part of the nipple, the areola skin is getting thicker, like changing texture... should I be worried? It could be the skin irritated by my sweaty shirts when working out (I sweat a lot). I didn’t read any reports of anyone getting this kind of gyno... Could I be wrong? I’m really worried.

    Picture attached.

    Thanks.

Gyno is tricky. I get itchy irritated nipples from my shirt rubbing on me at work all day during cycles. But it always goes away. Do you have any lumps or puffyness? Are you taking an ai? I dont *think* you have gyno but im just speculating from what youve described.

No puffiness but I have small lumps under the areola tissue since I was a kid. I don’t think these have changed size whatsoever.
But the itchiness is clearly in the area that is dry and irritated. Even the color of that area of the areola is darker than the remaining bottom part... seems to be only the upper part to be affected for now, but is making my nipple starting to slightly seem like a shape of a cone with that part of the areola. I never got something like this before, for that I’m sure!

A cone shape is not good. Are you taking an ai? If not your estro is probably really high this far into the cycle. You could also try raloxefine if the nolva isnt doing the trick

How have you controlled E2 and prolactin on previous cycles?

Are you taking an ai or DA on this cycle?

Are you planning on stopping deca 2 weeks before you stop test?

    How fat are you?

Maybe OP will take your advice the second time around.

Starting hCG late in the cycle

I haven’t because this is my first cycle (we talked in another thread). Deca as a base due to help with elbow tendinitis and joints. I was following a friend of mine advices.

I also avoided taking AI/DA at all costs due to the same tendinitis/joint issues.
    Only nolva at 10mg/day.

Yeah, I will ditch Deca 2 weeks before the end of cycle.

Regarding body fat I would say 10-12%.
Picture attached (taken yesterday, low water retention in the morning).

Any opinions? Should I start taking immediately any other chemical?
If this is gyno it is still very slight, maybe can be reversed easily...
    Again, thanks.

Don't panic. I can't tell from the pic if there's anything there. Push on your nipple area. If there is pain/sensitivity and a lump, ok you've got gyno issues. You're on your 10th week so keep an eye on it and keep up with you AI until the end of the cycle and do a strong PCT.

Thanks for your comment. I’ve been moisturizing the nipples with cream and they look a bit better while not so dry.
My friend has experience with other athletes and says not to worry, that the skin is just irritated due to the nipple sensivity but that will go away after the cycle ends. I really hope so. I upped Nolva to 40mg at least for a few days and won’t risk lowering it again to 10mg as I was until a few days ago. Let’s see how this goes. But I believe it’s more controlled now.

Next cycle will have a AI by my side for sure. The fear of getting gyno gets really frustrating...

Just a quick update. Cycle is over, 1 week and 2 days left for start of PCT. Dry, itchy nipples gone and the thick areola skin seems to be returning to normal. BTW I ditched prevention nolvadex 3 days after the last pin.
Still feeling great and full of strength.
