    Don’t really know where to start

    I’m 52 ex college athlete and have been working out for decades. I am in great shape and my blood work is very good. I eat healthy and do about 4 - 5 days in the gym. I am slowly losing strength and a little bit of visual size. I also am getting a bit less vascular. I would like to start some type of stack to help me continue to excel and look good. Married 31 years and my wife is a former competitive body builder. Not sure she would support my interest in cycling. Any advice where to start at this point? Open book if there are any additional details needed.

    You might be a candidate for TRT. If your performance is declining that is a sign too.

    Welcome to the forum. We, the 50+ gang, have to stick together. 52 years old? You're still a young man. I would recommend the mildest steroid cycle out there. It's an oral cycle so no injections. Run an Anavar only cycle. 60mg/ed to 80mg/ed for 6 weeks. You'll see leaner tighter you. You won't gain 25lbs of vascular muscle. You'll gain 5lbs to 8lbs of lean muscle but your over all physique will improve.

    Let me back up. At your age you could be a candidate for TRT. If you are, great. You'll see gains just from the TRT. I you don't need TRT, run a PCT of Clomid and Nolvadex after the Anavar cycle.
