Not sure I will be taking that kinda down time from growth for a bit. I need much more mass to wlk into heavyweihht dry and lean as that.

its funny , your the second person to ask me that today (and I've not been asked that even once in a day for a long time). weird.
had a client consult today and she wants to jump in a women's figure show. NPC shows are whats done in my area and she asked about drug testing. As she is 'ready' to jump on gear.

I'm like hell no they don't drug test. the NPC is the foundation of the IFBB. they want as many freaks as possible coming up the ranks.
