I've had this happen before, I have a slight mitral valve prolapse. So far this has been a very underwhelming experience. Nothing like what I was expecting. Such a shame. I don't even feel the confidence or the drive that some people talk about, I basically just am not depressed like I was before - I feel less mood swings. Still have anxiety, sometimes even more so. Some days I feel pretty good, but most days I'm the same.

I don't f*cking know anymore. I'll see what happens by the end of this cycle, but I'm going to drop to 150 mg/week and cruise and maybe then I'll slowly see the changes I have been looking for. I realize my diet will never be "on point," as I drive 2 hours each day to work and back, work 8 hours, get home at 6, train till 8 - then I just want to rest. Who has time to prep meals and all that crap? I'm not eating pizza and french fries with ranch, I'm just eating normal food with a little bit of everything. I thought the steroids would make me get more cut, nope!
you may want to look into running a low dose of Atenolol daily. it's helped my heart palpitations, high resting heart rate, high blood pressure, etc.. tremendously. its even greatly increased my cardio capacity (before Atenolol a 4 elevation and 3.5 pace on treadmill put me at 125 BPM , now with Atenolol I'm at 105 bpm) . I used to get some of the issue you describe. but pretty much been gone for a year or so now since getting on the Atenolol.
look into brother. super cheap, easy to get, effective, and may be a type of 'insurance policy' for your heart

Ronnie Coleman worked as a Police Officer full time.

Stan Efferding is in a different state or country every month.

Arnold worked as a laborer 5/6 days per week

There is always time to meal prep - just takes some organization and creativity.

Yes. Actually. All you need to grow is a gallion of milk aday. Fatfree stays ok 24 hours. Carry it with u. Simple and cheap.
With the other meals, you should be fine.
Dont take it from me. This is James Tiny Wests best and simplest tip to grow on a budget and a fucked up timeschedule.

this is not a bad old school idea at all . liquid calories are easy to get down .. I'd just recommend going with a lactose free milk though if your going to do it .
pretty sure James Tiny Vest recommends 'fair life' brand Milk

I wouldn’t use an ai on such a low dose. You need Intra cellular water to grow and limiting that is a big mistake leaving lots of gains on the table. The day I realized this and started only running nolva (which stops gyno from estrogen without stopping estrogens beneficial effects, of which there are many), is the day I started getting the gains I’d been missing out on.
