Arrow Feel so normal. anger used to be an issue. why are things different now?

    Here's my current dosage

    Test C 125mg/ week
    Deca 400mg/ week
    DBOL TAPERED 50MG / DAY 1ST WEEK [i have 50mg pills]
    then 25mg 2nd
    then 25mg 3rd
    then 12mg 4th

Am i more chill because the test isn't high? Or am i just recognizing that i shouldn't rage? in the past it was hard to not get mad fast. im just way more normal now. whats going on? i like this, but i want to up the test to 500mg/week. i'd need to add in an AI. would increasing the test amount make me rage easier?

tren is even more difficult for me to control myself on.

Any changes in your provider?...I mean are you seeing gains in concert with this AAS bliss? Just make sure it's not conrn syrup Seriously, you may just be in good balance for the time being. I'm sure there's a sweetspot. My only experience ever, AI made me hypertensive which led to being a little short tempered, but I KNOW I was not in good hands (was told not to worry about sides effects or bloodwork). Might be worth staying where you are if gains and quality of life are good.

    TS,
aren't you also on peptides? GHRP-6 is more refined than GHRP-2 but it isn't Ipamorelin. GHRP-2 is notorious for cortisol and ACTH incresases (+ Prolactin increase). So, that may be part of the issue. Also, there can always be other problems involved. One possibility that I hear a lot but don't have enything to verify and debunk is hormonal fluctuations. From a psych perspective, or physiological in the case of balding or other, it is a reasonable explanation. Our ability to understand our world and place in it can cause frustration if we aren't able to understand ourselves like we have grown used too.

i feel really normal, Quester. no anger issues.

    yea, jGrande,
quality of life is huge. paramount even. i recently switched over to some different gear that i made myself. it passed all the melt tests and i'm definitely "on." I can get amped up, but id doesn't run away with my anymore. I'm donating blood on the 20th. after the donation i'll get my bloods to see what's going on. my testotsterone should be around 1310 on this next test, but we'll see. gonna get some other recommended stuff, but the pockets are sensitive right now, so i'll probably only get the mandatories.

not sure if it's of any consequence, but i'm taking some natural stuff called cort-eaze and estro-cort
    https://www.tigerfitness.com/product...17531835744314

i'm also taking glucose disposal agents so my blood sugar doesnt stay elevated.

gains have never been impressive. i'd love to see my biceps get to 20 inches.
currently eating 500 calories above TDEE, 2800. and on work out day i eat up to 3500 calories/40% over. I actually think over 40% is way to much even on a workout day, so i believe i'm going probably max out at 3,000 on a given workout day. the 500/20% surplus ought to cover most of my workout? i've gotten bigger over the years, but never have i blown the F up like i want to.

not in like an air balloon way, lol. I mean solid mass. granted, i've struggled with dedication to the gym and eating right because before MFP loosing fat was soo very difficult. just didn't have the willpower. only now am i able to control my intake so closely. i recently lost 28 lbs and it was fricken easy because i used my fitness pal and adjusted the vanilla data they created for me. man that thing is my achilles heel. i'd say my lack of growth is mostly my fault, but this my fitness pal thing seems very sustainable and eating TDEE is cake, so is dieting down now. at last! my weight is within my full control and it's totally convenient!!! YES! and i can still eat almost whatever i want! last time i checked i was 10.6% BF. and weighed 176lb. i'm also in the military and we have extremely strict weight standards in the branch i'm in. Marines. i've also got to remain fast on my feet. like 3 miles in 22min for a good score. so i'm really more performance based, but i really want the aesthetics piece! hope that explains things. i'm 35 BTW.

MediSafe is also an amazing app. it helps me stay on top of my TRT injections and everything else.

back to the anger thing. i've also been more mindful of how i "express" myself. it helps if i admit to the emotional aspect. it then manifests as sensitivity rather than rage, BUT i still can get pretty mad and once it starts carrying me away i feel it and i mentally tell my self "stop! you've got to stop! FIND A WAY!" going to school actually seems to alleviate a good part of my frustrations. makes me feel better about myself.

One of the great things about Test it activates little brain chemicals and MAY increase your sense of well being. That's how I feel when I'm on Test and HGH. That HGH is amazing for older guys. Take it all in. Sometimes I'll be sitting around at work and think, "Wow, I feel really great".

yea the inner growth thing is really important. AND so are gains and i'm currently trying to figure out how coffee effects my blood sugar. i'm going to take it in a bit to determine if i should be/can be drinking coffee after my injection of peptides in the morning. i've basically switched to all periods of fasting blood sugar for my injections. it roughly equals about (3) a day.

Is CJC with DAC better than CJC without DAC? i heard the GH bleed from With DAC isn't as good as pulsing it with GHRP. seems to make sense since i'm eating 500+ calories during the week days. -recently started playing with calorie cycling. i'm also having some issues with joints. i recently started working out like 5 days a week. slaying myself hard, but i wasn't getting sore, just pumped, so i was like cool. lets keep it up, but something happened! ACHES and PAIN! i recently came across and adage for weightlifters and that's "just because you can lift it doesn't mean you should." so obviously my strength went up because of the DBOL ... long story short, i nixed the DBOL. should i have done that, or just taken some time off. i'm currently on day (2) and looking for a serious workaround for this shoulder issue. i also did some of those exercises that are like sit ups, but you're in a device and your back can arch waaay back. yea did a couple sets of those and they were effective at really working my abs, but my lower back did not appreciate them... ugh.... you know i really like TB500 more than BPC... i've yet to see the benifits of BPC 157...

on that same note, if i were to be directed towards the GH BM are there any very general directions you could point me in Scotch, or are you being scripted it? i know that peptides don't compare, but that also GH can be best simulated with peptides and certain regiments.

I have to ask, what kind of anger did you experience while running gear?
For me it comes and goes, sometimes it hits and sometimes it doesn't ( i dont think its a result of the gear use for me, its certain life choices that cause me to be a little angry until i cool off in the gym)

not sure what you mean by kind of anger? like what's happening to me on the inside, or are you asking what kind as in what triggered it?

on the inside it's like a well pouring over and it's literally runs away with me and i have a hard time reigning it in. almost like once it starts it's hard to come back to base line calm. sometimes really hard.

as far as triggering mechanisms... hard to say. i guess your average joe could describe it as liking some people enough and not liking other people much at all. basically i'll let some people who i respect joke around with me. my respect comes from how that person lives their life, how they see the world... basically the whole human being package. trust is a big deal and that's probably what it boils down to. one thing is for sure. i hate people who gossip; make their opinions based on gossip; and attempt to influence others based on gossip. This didn't recently happen to me. i'm just noting something i don't like about certain personalities. i was reading about leadership [4th edition managing human behavior in public and nonprofit organizations, (Denhardt, 2016)] a few days ago and the book i was reading described traits that leaders possess. one of the examples was basically not having a big mouth/not bad mouthing people behind their backs, or really in general because it's not constructive. with behavior like that you're not creating and investment in people with your ability to influence them positively. the book basically explained that people like this are untrustworthy. now, that being said, i'm definitely not following the guidance in this book blindly. i am critic of it all the way.

i find it irritating to read some of the crap that's in it because these scholars spend their whole life dissecting organizational structure, management and leadership, but they have never once done a lick of it. some of the speculations are absurd. i'm exaggerating but you know what i mean. nothing like working your way up from the bottom.

bottom line, i like real "leaders." I've only been able to truly respect those with some of the good traits and few of the bad, but there have been those on the boarder and yes, i still like them. bad as in: ignorance, deception, selfishness, greed, outright lies, slaves to political organization climate, idiots that use, or hide behind dogma for personal gain, etc. call me dependent on good leaders. lol i'm a dummy with hard head. i need somebody smart to teach me higher level shit. lol

I watch myself way more after starting on gear

When I was younger I had fairly serious anger issues. . . This + juice is not really acceptable

So - Now, I just watch myself much closer. . . I can't afford to fly off the handle anymore, I'm too big and old for that shit

Like sam said, this stuff is mostly in your head. However, the more experience you gain, the better you're able to handle yourself, that's just human nature.

    Glad you're feeling good. Enjoy

    cool.

wasn't liking the deca use without prami to curb prolactin build up, so i dropped the deca... i'm increasing my test to 375mg E 3D. i've got plenty of exmestane. arimidex too. i also dropped the dbol because it was making me achy and killing my cardio.

i was at the doc a few days ago. 117/77 BP. pretty good huh!

i'm getting prami, nolvadex , and more exemestane.

just hit 3,000 calories a few minutes ago from a tdee of 2310. that's actually over 20%. are there any good calculators for weight lifting? best MFP can do is give me "moving boxes upstairs"

I lifted for about an 1 hr 1/2 and then ran 2 miles at 2 different speeds.

anyways, shoulder is still annoying. i'm probably going to get some TB 500. BPC 157 just seems to make my shoulder ache more.

currently laying on a couch. my body is done. sort of. enough. maybe nap time

A lot of great answers from people far more knowledgeable than me, on the intricacies of these substances

However, I have been experimenting on my body for 20+ years, with diets ...

I'm markedly more calm & tolerant, after eating carnivorously for a few weeks, than I am when eating carbs or junk food - Low fat diets are particularly bad for my mind

For me, food intolerances maybe a factor. But I think, just getting off the insulin hanger roller coaster, is a great help.

Personally, carnivore works better than LCHF, but I think either would work well for most in this situation

Just thought I'd mention this, as another small step that can be taken for those suffering with temper issues
