First cycle for my wife..trying to firm up and cut..any ideas?
I am looking for a first cycle suggestion for my wife. While I am comfortable planning out my own from previous experience, I am unfamiliar with what would work best for her and her goals. She is about 5'5 and around 155lbs currently. When we met she was around the 115 120lbs level and would like to get back there with some real muscle tone and definition. Is there a good suggestion for first time, and wanting to obviously weight train, cardio and diet that would be most beneficial? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Has she tried everything else yet?
You’re willing to risk masculinization for something that probably won’t work and won’t be permanent anyway. I cannot imagine a girlfriend of mine sticking a needle to injections testosterone .

Can you tell us a little more about your wife? Training, nutrition, experience with any other hormonal, supplements or anything?

Dunno where you got that idea from but outside of some HRT women don't inject testosterone ...it's completely different for females.
Like Kitty said ; what are the other areas looking like? You have less options for compounds for a woman.Last edited by Windex; 03-27-2019 at 06:53 PM.

She works out pretty consistently...decent runner..but age 34 and been struggling to drop and tone..hard workouts not an issue..just not getting results...no thyroid issues...if there isn't any good ideas I understand...like I said ..I'm unfamiliar with getting women to that athletic muscular look

we could do an entire analysis on her diet, training, eating habits and history etc.. but I won't beat around the bush and will just tell you what flat out works the best for women in regards to drugs.
Anavar , T3, Clenbuterol .. dosages depends on a few things but your looking at roughly 10mg var, 50mcg T3, 60mcg Clen (ramping up to those doses).
very few side effects or virilization, very very synergetic stack (all 3 of these drugs work perfectly together and compliment each other on top of working towards fat burning, muscle retention, and hardening up).
I currently have casual gym going female clients in their 50s running this stack with great success, as well as females in their 30s looking to get on stage, and even male clients running the same exact thing (different dosages)
again lots of stuff can be said about diet and training etc.. but to get directly to the point. that drug stack works the best with the fewest negative risks imoLast edited by GearHeaded; 03-27-2019 at 07:36 PM.

I just want to point out that quite a few of the most powerful and anabolic of anabolic steroids out there and available today were designed with women in mind.
the idea that steroids are for men, when several of them were purposely designed for women and even children , is just not true. some of the steroids that women take in a dr supervised medical situation are up to 6x more anabolic then testosterone . so women do great on these drugs, and being they are more powerful then test they wouldn't ever need to bother taking test.

yes daily dosages.. var all at once , the T3 and Clen should be split up into multiple daily doses
