do things like EQ and B12 effect the swelling level for spot shots?

I think most of the swelling u get from a bi injection is from the trauma the muscle gets from the needle going in, and of course the BA content helps some too.
What are u spot injecting? I like a bi shot too but I'd never shoot QV Prop in there again lol
