    Add anavar at end of cycle?

    I said F it and ordered some anavar . I now realize I probably didn't order enough; only 100 10 mg pills. As Anavar supposedly doesn't aromatize and is said to be good for cutting, i'm thinking of adding it at the end of my cycle to cut body fat down.

    So the first 1.5 months clean bulk; second 1.5 months light cut. 20 mg/day should last me the 6-7 weeks. Does this sound like a good idea or how would you use it?

    Anavar at 10mg will still provide benefits like SHBG suppression.

    Personally, I think the lipotropic effect of Anavar is no different than Test. The fact that most people who use it know its clean gains, hardening and retention capabilities are probably using it when those qualities matter more may be why it has that lipotropic reputation.

    Bulking 6 weeks and then cutting 6 weeks within the same cycle is spinning your tires. Waste of time and money.

    If you wanna gain some muscle and lose some fat recomp away - that is totally viable.

    20mg Anavar for 42 days is 84 pills and 6 weeks. Perfectly feasible.

    Choose a singular goal and focus on it.

    Don't buy into that 50-100 mg is required lunacy.
    20 mg of Var ED for your last 50 days, as a part of Test-based cycle is SOLID!

    Thanks guys. I will have to up my doses a bit for a recomp.

    I figured that since I’ve been lazier than usual the last few months after my last cycle, I wanted to first bulk back up and regain what mass I lost, then refine it at the end. But I was going to keep calories within 5-10% of my maintenance requirements. If necessary I would extend the bulk to 8-10 weeks.

    I thought that my body would recover quickly what it lost within the first month and a half... my only issue was that gaining back those lbs of muscle and jumping into a cut would kill those gains since they wouldn’t have enough time to marinate with my body.

    I was even thinking one week bulk, one week cut. Just to keep my metabolism going. But I’ll take your collective advice and opt for a recomp.

    Any of you have any specific strategies you use for recomp? It’s not something ive ever intentionally done. Off the top of my head I would probably just eat enough calories to not be in a deficit, or a little more than that.
