Some people are lower body dominant some are upper body dominant and your elite have it all. I know you want results quick but I would give it at least two more years of solid hardcore training and good food before we point the finger at genetic limits. Just 2-3 years ago i was right where you are 195-200 now im 230 same bodyfat and a couple more years it will increase more so just keep hammering

I’m laughing at myself thinking my first run with tren would be magic. I feel like I coulda gained 15 pounds in a few months natural.

Not claiming to be expert on tren and I powerlift more than bodybuild.
But...
IMO: High test moderate tren would be good for bulking IMO.
If... and only if... you can handle high tren... then
High tren can be used for bulking but...
Tren speeds up your metabolism and causes insomnia and causes upset stomach.
(Plus all you'll want to do is fuck.)
None of those side effects are good for bulking.
But it is a very strong anabolic so in theory if you can overcome sweats, and insomnia, and lack of appetite then you will be able to grow.
Personally I only use tren for strength gains.
I grow will test.

You definitely got the all you wanna do is fuck part right LOL. Right now I am at 400 tren and 700 test. I’ll keep it this way for my last 5 weeks. I’m starting to really feel the mental sides. Just kinda don’t care about anything. Here is a current pic. Sitting at 202 this morning.

Nope. NYS I don’t have the luxury of just waking in and paying for labs. Guess I’ll find out where I am at my bi-annual appointment in May. Hopefully I’m not in any immediate danger of dropping dead. I’ll have been off for a little over a month before I see my doc. All of my BW was perfect right before cycle.

Would tren for a second cycle be a crazy thing to do? I already don't seem prone to the secondary effects test brings from this cycle I'm in right now.

Tren is a different animal with a different set of sides. That being said I have been lucky. I started at 300mg/wk for the first 11 weeks and have since upped to 400 for the remaining 5. My BP has been perfect the entire time and I don’t really get the sweats until I’m in the gym, then I sweat profusely. Libido is astronomical and I am really feeling the mental sides (kind of a dead inside feeling). I would maybe get another cycle under your belt. This is my 4th cycle and first use of tren.

Final update on this cycle. Starting weight was 183ish around 12-13%BF. Weight a week before the end of cycle weight was 205. I was eating at 4400 for the last 3/4 of cycle. It ended up being 15 weeks. Ended at 700mg test and 400mg tren Ace. I started to feel like shit most of the time so it was time to come off. Currently off a month now and eating at 3800. Weight has come back down to 189 and my guess is around 15-16%BF. All in all I’m not impressed. I’m sure it has to do with my training and or sleep/diet. This is my fifth cycle and I have never seen even close to the results that I see others get from gear. I am going to say it’s something I’m doing wrong. Poor MMC perhaps. I may be moving the weight until I’m shot but maybe not getting enough of a contraction to promote growth. There are so many variables. I guess I just never realized this is such an exact science and one wrong variable gets you zero growth. What gets me is the young guys who show up at the gym and half ass everything then 5 months later you see them and they blew the hell up and have backne like nobody’s business and they are still half assing everything. Makes you wonder how they grow. Anyway the final result is I am up 6lbs from the start about 19 weeks ago but about 2-3% bodyfat higher. I will say I loved the mood and sex drive that tren gave me.

I've heard it said in many places that we make our most significant gains in our late teens to mid 20s (on and off steroids ). You're not going to grow the same at 40, for example, as when you were 23. Even so, there are genetic limitation and you may never have been one of the "huge" guys, even if you started cycling at your peak potential.
If it makes you feel any better, I'm about a month off from my last cycle in which I only put on maybe 7 or 8 lbs, and I'm looking more and more like before I ran the cycle. Mentally you have to accept your God-given abilities, because unless you want to significantly lower your lifespan and be unhealthy year-round, your body is not meant to look like what you have in your mind.
Why kill yourself in the gym and treat your life like a science experiment and obsess over a maybe 5-10% improvement, if it wasn't meant to be?

Sad but true. Thats why i stay on something just about all the time. Low doses, the gains are really slow even with gear albeit it low dose but i just come to far to go backwards. Its just the nature of the beast. Sucks to hear that you lost most of your gains so quickly and had a bodyfat increase but dont let it get you down.
