    Anabolics without Exercising

Are there any Anabolics that work without exercise?

I have Spondylosis, two discs in my lower back getting smaller, pinching on nerves in my legs. As well as a bone spur in my neck, pinching on nerves in my arms.

I've managed to lose 7lbs in the last month from diet alone.

Can't really exercise until I get approved for surgery. Pain while lifting and carry over pain the next day.

Any Anabolics that can help me get leaner while dieting, no exercise?

If you want to lose weight, you need to get in to a caloric deficit. Going on some diet where you feel like you're starving isn't the answer. You need foods that are high in volume and low in calories. That way you can feel full while remaining in a caloric deficit (and thus lose weight). High protein foods are important to consume.

But to answer your question, steroids is not the answer to your problems unless you're deficient. If that's the case, have your doctor write you a script.

By the way, losing 7lbs of fat in a month is really good.

I follow a Macros Diet, based on Age, Weight and Activity Level. I find for the most part I feel satisfied all day. Sometimes I get overly hungry during the night, I usually chew sugar free gum or have a protein drink.

    Female or male?

I’d say focus on diet is #1

If you’re a dude, possibly a trt dose of test

Female - a tiny bit of Var

Either will help each with muscle wasting

Yep that's enough anabolics for you, no need for more unless you start exercising.

Also with the diet in check, going for a walk will be beneficial if you can't do lifting or running. You can also do bit of yoga and pilates. Anything to keep you moving without giving you pain but as far as anabolics, you already on trt so you don't need anything else unless you get back in gym.

    Hope that helps

Why would you use steroids while injured? Hgh and some other peptides could help you heal faster and actually get back into the gym

I am an MMA competitor and I broke my collarbone while training for an upcoming fight. I continued taking 50mg of var and was healed up in 2.5 weeks! The doc said I should be in a textbook because of the healing rate. Bar is actually given to burn patients and increases collagen production in your body by a ton. May help in your situation.
