LOL. I hope he has some updates on his progress. 165 at 6 feet high. OMG. 180 at 5,9 is skinny and having 3 additional inches mean you are REALLY SKINNY.
I honestly hope this thread is a joke just so you get a kick out of our replies

I agree with the others, stop now, continue to work out and modify your diet to between 1 to 1.5 grams of protien for every pound of body weight and you should see results
