    New Vet

    Hi everyone. I was a member back in early 2000's. I took some time off from competition life (amateur of course) but at 39 feeling like pushing hard one last time. Hope to learn some new tricks and offer anyone some advice from my 20+ years of powerlifting and body building experience.

    Current stats:
    39 years old
    6'1"
    225 lbs
    8-10% bf
