    New guy

    Hello All,

    Big thanks to all that contribute here. Been Lurking here for about 4 years and I've gained a lot of valuable knowledge. People on here know far more on the subject than my Dr does. I'm 45, 6'2", 185, about 13% BF. Been lifting/exercising off and on my whole life, never cycled. Just bouncing back after 3 surgeries(both shoulders and neck) in last 3 years. Just recently(2 months) started TRT and feeling great and seeing some modest gains.
