Test Cyp Cycle. Diet Revision

Got my 2nd Injection last night (200mg Test Cyp), little sore but nothing to whine about. Just a bit sore when I get in and out of my bucket seat in my STi.

Realized last night I messed up my diet, and didn't know how to edit the blog so I am re-posting the diet. I currently take BSN SYNTHA-6. Macros on that is horrible ( Thanks Basline for pointing it out bro). I have decided to purchase Natures Best Isopure after I finish the 5lb tub I have. So then I will re-calculate my diet, I'm slowly adding more carbs and protein until the test cyp kicks in.


This is my breakdown of my daily diet....again.

    Hey CK! Diet looks good and clean (but boring as fvck!) - I agree with Base on the Syntha-6. If you want something that still tastes good but isn't as bad as Syntha, check out Myofusion. Not the greatest, but def. better then that crap w/ 6g fat per serving or something sick like that.

    Diet - you will almost definitely need to up calories on this cycle. What's your TDEE? I need to know that before I can advise on any of this. At a glance, carbs need to increase by nearly double - this is a bulk cycle after all, right?

    Sup Gb! Yes I realize that Syntha-6 is poop, I like myofusion, also lpoking to isopure by natures best.

    My diet is boring lol and I can withstand it. My TDEE is about 2600.

    Any input or advise is totally awesome and thank you for checking this out bro.

    Sorry, i'm lost due to too many people lately lol! You're looking to add a bit of lean mass, right? Obviously as per the cycle.

    I'd up your calories - you're only a bit over 100 above TDEE currently? I'd get up to 3000, all by way of carbs IMO.
