    Let me start by asking you a question, who do you want to look like? A marathoner or a sprinter, if you where to ask both of them what they do for sport the answer would be “I run” but if you look at their bodies you can clearly see a difference, the sprinter is muscular and lean, the marathoner looks like he got aids, that’s a bit rough I know but you get the picture nice and clear.

    Why the two different body types if they both run, the sprinter all he needs to do is run a hundred ...

    WTF are they talking about, massive arms in one month, rock hard abs in 7 minutes per day, what a crock off crap. When will people learn there are no short cuts, stopping wasting your time. It takes time to grow muscle, it takes time to loose fat. Did they mean a massive fat arm?

    I hardly ever buy a bodybuilding magazine, they are all owned by a supplement companies, they are just one giant brochure, the Pro talking about his arm routine probably doesn’t even know that he is in it, ...

    Bodybuilding isn’t rocket science, anybody can do it all you need to do is follow three simple rules TRAIN, EAT and SLEEP. In order to achieve any real muscles you can not skimp on any of the three rules, no compromise. There is a right way and a wrong way to train, eat and sleep, do any of the three rules wrong and you slow down your progress.


    If you lift small your muscle will look small, if you lift big your muscle will look big. Your muscles need a reason ...
