Well i got my bag set up . Its so awesome! I absolutely love my bag but im not aloud to use it right now cause apparently it sounds loud upstairs... and everyone is trying to sleep. But, i can use it again tomorrow .
I think the gloves were a waste of money cause i been using the wraps and my hands don't really hurt yet and to me 40 bucks is alot for gloves that i will hardly use...

Use the gloves. While you might not be banging the bag heavy yet, with practice you will. AND THEN YOU'LL NEED THE GLOVES!. Seriously, its silly not having using the protection of the gloves. Having never trained without gloves, and many years hitting the heavy bag and focus pads my knuckles have become sore and swollen. When I clench my left fist my knuckles are stiff and squeek!. In the long term the $40 spent on them will be saved many times over in doctor bills!.

your knuckles are tense even after using gloves for your life?? i don't want arthritic hands at the age of 16... But im sure your probably right saying that im not hitting the bag intensely yet and also i have only had it set up for about 10-12 hours so far.
