bas ruttens lethal streetfighting tape
this man never ceases to amaze me I learn new things with his videos but on top of that i laugh my ****in ass off, as bas teaches people how to "hide the spice bottle" once you got a guy beat down. i recommend this tape to anyone who has questions about streetfighting he knows his stuff and its hilarious the way he goes about teaching

I bought Bas whole career dvd, he is so fast and is still a student of the game.
Bas really shows you that MMA is a sport and not a barbarian blood crap that every moron thinks it is.
Got some great fights with Ken Shamrock and Frank.

One thing to remember...you can still get beat up. Golden rule...doesn't matter how tough you are...there's always someone tougher.

Guys you got the wrong attitude about it
Toughness is simply being able to perform 100% regardless of circumstance or enviroment. Its not - "the guy who always wins" - its the guy who doesnt give up while hes losing

He is a bad dude with class. Bas is a real student of the game, thats what is amazing about him. Just by watching the comments he makes in the Pride shows you can lean a lot.

Wasn't impressed with his fights against Randleman and Kohsaka, but i bet he' s a badass streetfighter. Trained with him in Texas and he's smaller than he looks on TV

Bas likes to talk about his liver shots. Anybody on the end of liver shot and what does it feel like?
