Sweet Wandy Training Vid
Check this Training vid out guys! Also what song is this that they're playing throughout the video? I'd like to find it to add to my workout music collection!

Good video. It's amazing that silvas face is totally changed after all the grueling fights he's been in. Look at him in like 2002 compared to now, he almost looks like another person. I dont think he's even at 30 yet and he looks like he's workin into his 40's. A great fighter, but his achilles heel is his wrestling.

Thats ok that you don't get that heel hook/sweep...makes it easier for us. lol
Do you honestly think they were going at it 100%? They were drilling, anyone with a decent eye could see that.
Most BJJ schools do not allow white belts to learn/perform heel hooks...you can really blow an ACL easily with that move. Very dangerous move...if you have ever felt onw, you would know what i mean.
Just think of your leg staying still but your knee is grinding and twisting inside...very nasty.

Exactly the reason why they are not allowed to perform heel hooks, you and i know that it is not about strength...you can tear shit up very very very easily. When i was a whitebelt, my partner was also a white belt and we were taught the kimura..this ****er nearly takes my arm off and we were'nt sparring just practicing on each other. My teacher immediately told him to calm down. lol He did'nt last long though, the blue belts took care of him.

Kimura is no joke, you can blow out your elbow and shoulder and be permanantly ****ed.
