what type of training? If it a grappling or mma type thing...then you are problably just soar from using muscles t hat most poeple don't utilize that often and the best way to get rid of the soarness is to go again... if it was conditioning or strength training then working out the same muscles so soon might not be as benificial.

Best thing to do is just relax, take a hot bath for now.

IMO...i'd go but do some stretching first and then just flow with your partner's...i don't know if your school has the flow concept. Flowing in my BJJ school is to work on technique and not force moves with strength..allow yourself to get in bad positions so you can work on flowing out of them.

Now if it's an mma school then you prolly base most of moves on explosivenss and power so taking it easy would probably be best.

Yeah bro, don't be afraid to rest. I know there is a big mental thing with "if I don't go im a puss" but if you do go and rip a tend, lig, muscle, or anthing like that you be out of bussiness for a while. Good luck just get back to it as soon as you can.
